A stunning European, probably French, sideboard/cabinet adorned with carved griffins, urns and rosettes in the Aesthetic Movement style. Circa 1880-1890s. Frank Patania Sr.(1899-1964) designed this sterling silver necklace c. 1940-50's for his Thunderbird shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The central crescent features 23 beautifully matched, oval cut, turquoise stones on a textured background. The crescent measures 4 3/4" across. Total length of the two sterling chains is 16".
