A Fine Japanese Ivory Netsuke of a man with a cane and lantern finely carved by an expert artist signed on foot. Measuring approx. 2.5 inches or 6 centimeters tall in very fine condition. Description:
One decent painted jar was well molded in a grand look. By the straw glazed slip on the surface, the well maneuvered sketching motifs- the vibrant peony flowers and spread leaves were vividly rendered in a regular form around the straight wall.
From the freehand but strictly applied brushwork on the surface and the beige body clay revealed at the foot ring, the beautiful ware was authenticated as a piece from Cizhou kilns for sure -but a restricted one...

A lot of flash! This brooch measures 4 1/4 inches long by 3 1/4 inches wide. Large, prong-set square and rectangular red unfoiled stones, with clear round rhinestones single and pave set, in a rhodium plated setting. The pin is strong and locks securely. Pin marked with a single script 'E' (for Eisenberg?) on the back. All stones are clear but a couple of the larger stones do have scratches.

The bowls are 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) tall, and 5.1 inches (13 cm) in diameter.
They are in good condition with no repairs, chips, or cracks, except manufacture defect of polished surface at one area that used to have chirography (as seen in the photos).

The work of Los Castillo and most certainly design number 615 was a Margot van Voorheis design while married to Antonio Castillo. The necklace is thick and 1.25in. tall. This design also came in a smaller width but this example is the biggest one. The completely hand carved links with the bead work make this a time consuming endeavor. I like it best turned inward and the wearable being 16in. If worn outward like the last photo it has a wearable length of 17.25 inches...

Large sterling silver and amethyst pin designed and signed (c.1940)by Taxco, Mexico artist Hubert Harmon. Measuring 3 inches L X 1 1/2" W. Harmon designs are rare and always interesting and humorous.
