Renoir of California had an affinity for primitive art, and the design of this bracelet is a good example of that inspiration. Part of the company’s Matisse line of enameled jewelry, this bracelet features oblong copper panels of two lengths decorated with blue enamel with white specks. The fold-over clasp is marked ‘Matisse’ on the top. There are some minor edge chips in the enamel on the back. It measures about 7 inches long by 1 1/4 inches at its widest point.

This desirable pin is full of jazzy faux diamonds and brilliant ruby red rhinestones that sparkle and glitter like there is no tomorrow. And that’s just what it was about during the flamboyant Deco period... glitzy and flashy.

Here is a nicely designed bracelet with a primitive feel and a classy look. It was made by Renoir of California, and has a secure fold-over clasp and the Renoir signature on the back. This copper bracelet features a double row of linked leaves attached at each end by copper-plated openwork panels, and connected by round copper-plated links. The surface is highly patinated, with only very minimal wear to the plating on the ends. The fold-over clasp is very secure; there is no mark. The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches long by about 1 3/4 inches wide.

Beautiful French rope necklace in the style of Chanel; possibly an early unsigned Chanel. Circa 1960. With large Gripoix poured glass beads, glass based faux pearls, rhinestone rondelles, and distinctive fluted goldtone metal beads which I have had on two other confirmed French pieces. The chain elements are also French. The green beads are 17 mm long, the red beads are 21 mm long, and the blue beads and pearls are 10 mm in diameter. 44 inches long and 5/8 inch wide...

The overall length of this necklace is 12". The chain however, is only 19" in length. The rhinestones are clear Swarovski crystals and brilliant. The necklace is gold filled.
