This lovely pair of art deco cuff links has a formal look, the result of a black mother-of-pearl background. Each eight-sided button is framed by an embossed white metal rim; the centers are set with tiny faux seed pearls. The backs and bridges are gilded, and bear the block-letter mark for Krementz, of Newark, NJ. Each button measures 1/2 inch wide.

A very attractive pair of 14K gold double-sided cufflinks, the faces set with oval cabochon amethysts. The stones are not foiled and have very good medium-violet color. The backs are stamped “14K” and have the maker’s mark for Larter & Sons.

A handsome pair of vintage 14K yellow gold cufflinks in the loveknot form, the top of each knot collet-set in white gold with a round brilliant-cut diamond. The gold tubes that form the knots have squared-off edges that make the knots more interesting than other similar knot cufflinks. The diamonds are estimated at SI2 clarity and J/K color.

An extremely attractive pair of 14K white gold cufflinks by Carrington. Each round face is set with a mother-of-pearl disc engraved in a laurel wreath pattern, surrounding a center round diamond and bordered with 24 rose cut diamonds. The diamonds are very good quality, graded as I/J color and SI2 clarity. The faces are attached by chains to heavy torpedo backs. The back of each face is stamped with Carrington’s hallmark.

A handsome pair of 14K yellow gold cufflinks by Tiffany & Co. Each rectangular face is bead-set at one end with a round brilliant cut blue sapphire. Engraved lines emanate from the gemstones in a sunburst pattern. The sapphires are a medium dark strongly saturated blue in color and contrast nicely with the bright gold. The backs are marked “14K” and “Tiffany & Co.”.

These double-sided, oval cuff links are undecorated and in very nice shape. The sides are joined by removable figure-8 bridge bars that are marked sterling. They are probably American-made. Each button measures 5/8 inch by 3/8 inch. Weight: 4.1 grams total

Silver gilt cufflinks encrusted with 2.2 carats of rose-cut pyrope garnets. The garnets have beautiful color, without being too flashy. The settings and overall workmanship is very nice. The toggle backs have Czech hallmarks for 900 silver.

A handsome, heavy pair of 18K yellow gold and onyx cufflinks, each fashioned as two spheres joined by chain-like connectors. The design is a play on positive/negative space. A classic design of engine-turned engraved vertical lines and molded edges on the larger, rectangular buttons, the smaller sides ovular with a textured surface. The cuff links are lightweight but well made, and appear to have been hardly worn. The connections and bridge bars are very secure; both bars are marked 835 for silver content with double-struck crabs, apparently to indicate Paris (silver mark used 1838-1962).
