An elegant pair of 18K yellow gold earclips by Haroldo Burle Marx set with intricately carved jelly tourmalines in the “forma livre” (free form) style. Burle Marx was particularly known for his use of stones fashioned by carving or tumbling rather than faceting, a technique he invented in 1948. The tourmalines have greenish blueish overtones. This large deep blue lapis stone is enhance with the gold speckles running diagonally across its center. The irregular form is set in a copper frame with leaves and scrolls to add interest. The pendant is a vintage delight, versatile, and bold.

A man's 10k carnelian modernist ring from the 1980s. This size 12-1/4 ring has great style and it's a large size. It features a 5/8 x 5/8" setting, triangular zig-zag cutouts on the shoulders and it is stamped 10K. It weighs an impressive 7.8 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a fine surface scratches to the stone (just visible in our first picture)...

Dimensional with high edges, it measures 1 7/8" long by 1 1/4" wide and has a raw orange citrine. The pin partially obscures the signature which shows "E-------ER" and this was not an unusual occurrence during this period of hand made jewelry. Excellent condition except that pin and lock are made of a white metal...
