Dramatic large hand made sterling Mayan face/headdress pin by LOS CASTILLO, Mexico, 1942. Measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO 530". This pin has a barette-type of closure. However, the points are very sharp so is not a barette but rather an alternate type of pin closure. An amazing sterling silver modernist brooch adorned with four purple cabochons by the renown Israeli jeweler, Rachel Gera. Measures 5" long and 2" across. Can be worn as a pendant with a converter. (We will provide if requested.) The larger cabochon is an amethyst and the smaller dark red ones may be garnets. Signed on the back Gera, Israel and 925. Rollover clasp holds securely. Heavy and substantial. Wonderful piece of modernist jewelry.

A modernist large brooch by the noted NYC jeweler, Paul Lobel. Made of sterling silver with a wire overlay. Signed on the back, LOBEL, Sterling.

Measures 1 3/4" across and 3 3/4" high. Has a rollover closure that holds securely. Has some tarnish, minor surface scratches and a little extra solder where the wire is attached which is original. Could also be worn as a pendant with a chain through the large loop.

A modernist sterling silver necklace by noted artisan, Johannan Peter from the Israeli artist colony, Ein-Hod.

Two layers of sterling, the bottom has a lightly hammered texture. The top wires serve as embellishment and also as the link connectors.

Marked Made in Israel, ST, 925, 'PH'. Has a hook clasp which holds securely. Dark, warm patina. There is a minor repair to one of the connectors on the back that can't be seen from the front. Measures 16" long and 1 1/8" at the widest...

A sterling silver heavy, modernist pendant in a brutalist style possibly designed by Henning Koppel for the Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. Have not been able to find any other designer with HK hallmark.

This unusual pendant is made from rough oxidized and smooth polished layers of sterling. Has a large bale so would accommodate a thicker chain or neck ring. Currently strung on a black leather cord.

Marked with the stylized conjoined HK, From and 925S on the back...
