An Ecco 48" sterling silver fine watch chain from the 1920s. This fine link chain has 1/16" flat loops and it has a sterling silver swivel and it is stamped STERLING E.C.C.O. on the swivel. ECCO stands for the Electric Chain Co. (Toronto, Canada 1916-1950) and this fine man's watch accessory or necklace weighs 11.6 grams. Carved Shell Cameo set in a silver frame with a gold colored rope twist accent. The frame is marked only 800 in an oval and is most likely Italian. The carving is excellent, with highlights of different colors left in the hair. The frame has a pin closure and a moveable bail so it can be worn as a pin or a pendant. The profile of the woman and mark on the frame suggests Victorian era of 1875 - 1880's. Condition is excellent.

Decorated in Peruzzi’s rich iconic style, this elaborate pin features cast flowers and wirework elements applied to a scrolled frame. The back is marked for the Italian jeweler Peruzzi, Florence, and for .800 silver. The secure rollover clasp is original to the pin and in good working order. The pin dates from the mid-1950s and measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ¾ inches wide. Weight: 21.5 grams

An elegant, early 20th-century pin decorated with tour á guilloché enamel within wire reserves. A mauve zigzag pattern borders a diamond-pattern white center bisected by silver wire and a band of mauve. Gold stars and flying birds are embedded around the edge and at each end. It has a strong pin stem that hooks into a hooded C-clasp. The back is marked sterling and ‘Genuine Cloisonne’; it bears the maker’s mark of Watson Co. of Attleboro, MA...

An irregular shaped piece of amber is mounted in a handmade bezel. The mounting is decorated with hand-applied silver biomorphic protrusions. The bailbears the Krakow mark for .916 silver, with an additional mark indicating added metal, although all of the metal tests as silver. The pendant measures 2 ½ inches long, including the bail and jump ring, and 1 3/8 inches wide.

This Sterling vermeil with large amethyst colored stone + 5 colored rhinestone stamens is 2 1/2" square. It is in excellent condition.

A heavy, organic design distinguishes this handmade Mexican ring from its contemporaries. The stone is set within a vine-like mount, and is highly polished, fiery, showing very little wear. The ring band and mount have somewhat of a rough, handcrafted look, and the surface has a robust patina from age. It dates c. 1960, and is partially marked Mexico on the inner band on one side, and 925 with another mark starting with M that could be for Mexico or the maker’s initials...

Post modern handmade sterling and cultured pearl ring by Novak, c.1972. Part of a large and wonderful 32-piece collection(see several other pieces on this website) by this artist whose original concepts set his work apart from others. The ring is signed "NOVAK 925 N w/ARROW(hallmark)" is in excellent condition. The design shows an irregularly-shaped heart design(5/8" across by almost 1/2" high) with a 5 3/4mm. cultured pearl set at center. Delightful hand hammered and uneven edged band measures...

This sterling silver link bracelet is set with six-sided pieces of green glass. The glass is bezel-mounted and secured with strap work; four leaf-shaped pillows surround the glass on each pane. Save for a small dent in one pillow (see Photo #5, center panel), the bracelet looks hardly worn. It is marked on the tongue with ‘Mexico’ in script and sterling under it. The clasp is very secure. The bracelet measures about 7 inches long (the panels are curved) and a little over 1/2 inch wide. Gross...

This tennis racket and tennis ball pin is made in Mexico. It is marked 925. The ball is a pearl. I cannot make out the makers mark. It is 2 3/8" x 15/16"

Reminiscent of the Renaissance Revival style, these intricately decorated earrings are set with central chrysoprase cabochons surrounded by faceted green glass stones. The earrings test as silver, date somewhere around 1930-1950, and are most likely .800 silver. Modern sterling silver posts have replaced screw back closures that were marked ‘SIL.’ Each earring measures ½ inch across and about ¼ inch deep.
