This handmade abstract pin features a biomorphic design composed of a slice of translucent banded carnelian with an unpolished edge, secured within a biomorphic frame of thick, hand-wrought sterling silver wire. It is unsigned and bears only a sterling mark. A rollover clasp secures the pin. The stone is in lovely condition, and is held in place by small silver bands applied across the front and back frames; there is no adhesive. The pin measures 2 inches by 2 1/2 inches.

This mid-century, handmade pendant is decorated with an applied pinwheel motif. The chain is sturdy and has a secure spring-ring clasp; it is original to the piece. This sterling bracelet features a sophisticated design influenced by the ancient Americas, composed of rectangular, scrolled links. Quite impressive in size and richly decorated with stampwork this vintage sterling silver and turquoise brooch is signed by Navajo silversmith Willie Shaw. I was always attracted to the magical blues and greens of turquoise and I find the so-called "spiderweb" stones irresistible. A huge Coro retro gilt sterling coat pin from the 1940s. This 4-1/2" x 2-5/8" brooch features branches and flowers with aqua blue claw-set foil-backed rhinestone centers in a swirling holder. Cast as a lion's head and upper body, this ring is especially compelling for its intricate detail. The lion's mane continues from the head down to the ring's shoulder, and the tail rises from the band on the opposite side. It shows hardly any wear; the patina on the lower band suggests there is some age to the ring. The ring is unmarked and is sized to 6 ½; the lion's head measures about ¾ inch wide and ½ inch high. This fine piece is made of silver, with a gold wash: vermeil. It is a brooch and pendant measuring 1 3/4" x 1 1/2". The large, Eilat stone, a gemstone, has great color, is bezel set and measures 1 1/2" x 1" x 1/8". A superb 835 silver graduated multi loop chain necklace. This well designed and beautifully finished 21-3/4" long .835 silver necklace has a repeating design of graduated interlocking silver loops. It is constructed from a group of four silver loops encircling the next four, and so on; the loops range from 3/16" to 7/16" across. This late 19th-century sterling silver bar pin is formed as four graduated medallions with classical military profiles. It was made by the Frank M. Whiting Co. of North Attleboro, MA, and bears the maker’s mark on the back. The features of the faces are sharply molded and detailed. There is a modified C-clasp on the back. The pin measures 2 1/4 inches long and about 3/4 inch at its widest part.
