This spectacular sterling silver and shell cuff was designed circa 1950's by American and Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. The cuff measures 1 1/2" at the widest point in the center front. A Mexican silver & brass discs sterling bracelet from 1970-80. This really stylish vintage Mexican 925 sterling silver hinged-link bracelet has inserted brass discs. It weighs 40.1 grams and it is 13/16" at its widest and it is 2-3/8" x 1-7/8" across the interior walls. It is stamped EM 925 TA-18, it has a box clasp, and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This sterling bracelet features a sophisticated design influenced by the ancient Americas, composed of rectangular, scrolled links. They are securely connected by curled elements that have retained their shape. The bracelet shows hardly any wear and has a nice heft. The hook clasp is in good working condition and bears an Eagle 1 mark for sterling with a circular mark for Taxco and maker’s intials of MP. The bracelet measures 7 ½ inches long by ½ inch wide.
