A mid century modernist three dimensional sterling silver brooch in the shape of an abstract cello. Very similar to the iconic Paul Lobel design. Unsigned.
Measures 3 1/4" long and 1 1/8" at the widest. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Well constructed. Has some minor surface scratches and some tarnish.

This is a small pin, but its design reflects both charm and sophistication, with overlapping strands of sterling silver terminating in a smooth, fused surface. It is beautifully oxidized, which gives the piece depth, and nicely sets off the 6mm coral bead. The pin is marked ‘phyllis’ and sterling on the back, for modernist jeweler Phyllis Sklar. Sklar began selling her handcrafted jewelry in Greenwich Village during the 1950s, eventually moving to Provincetown, MA, where she died in 2010...
A vintage modernist silver necklace with a large central pendant by the master sculptor and artist from Ecuador, Oswaldo Guayasamin.
The central pendant measures 2 3/4" long and 3/4" wide. Also measures 3/4" deep. The pendant has a textured front surface and polished sides and back. The pendant has an additional silver squiggle with what looks like onyx beads suspended in front of the textured surface. It moves independently.
The entire central piece is suspended from a linked neck ring...
This complex bracelet has an almost glitzy appearance that belies its artistry, but gives it a formal look. It is composed of cast rectangular links of two sizes, alternating with organic, anemone-like elements; it looks to have been made from lost-wax casting. It features an iridescent finish that gives it a pinkish tone in some places; on one of the end links, the finishing process has left a darkened area...

A well crafted, hand wrought curved link necklace with a central pendant in sterling silver by Cape Cod gold and silversmith, Ross Coppelman. Marked Coppelman and Sterling. This is one of his early pieces before he starting working with gold and precious gems.
The lightly hammered necklace measures about 18" around, hard to get an exact measurement due to the shape and curvature of the links...

Marked with Sam Kramer's mushroom mark twice and sterling. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Heavy sterling. Great MCM design. Sam Kramer's taxidermy designs are highly collectible and rare.
Esoteric silver and orange, brown, and black enamel bracelet by the modernist designer, Perli, Germany c.1950's. This hard to find and extremely desirable body of work is always a wonder. The unusual enamel designs are varied, ranging from the figural to the abstract. This abstract bracelet is signed "PERLI" and is in excellent condition. It has 4 links and measures 7 1/2"(inside measurement) by 9 /16". The enamel is set in silver with a black background...

These are a fabulous pair of vintage sterling handmade one of a kind earrings by Israeli Modernist designer Rachel Gera. Three dimensional with discs of both brushed and smooth silver, the effect is quite textural. Hanging 3" long and 1 1/2" wide, they have posts for pierced ears and weigh 29grams total. They are in fine original condition and signed as shown. You will definitely be noticed in these for all the right reasons. Born in 1936, Rachel Gera passed away in February of this year...

Formed as fish skeletons, they are nicely made, with working screw backs that are marked sterling. The backs of the fish are also marked sterling, along with a partial mark that ends with the word ‘Silversmith.’ Please note that some of the pictures show the surface with a yellow cast; the truest color of the silver is in the last two photos. Each earring measures 1 1/8 inches long. Weight: 6.6 grams total
