A sterling silver hand wrought necklace with a central fringe of molten, drippy dangles by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). The necklace measures about 17 1/4" long, and the longest drop is 1 1/2". Marked Berridge in three places on the back of the drops. There are two hooks on the snake chain that hold securely. Fine condition. This piece is from her estate. Amazing work from a gifted artist.

Here is a bold, mid-century modernist money clip. It's composed of a flexible but sturdy forged-wire frame, with an applied mounted piece of rosewood in a trapezoidal shape. A silver half-bead is applied to a crossbar near the top. The wood has a polished surface and shows no damage or cracking. The clip is unmarked, but tests as sterling. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inch wide.

Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

Innovative design by Chicago "brutalist" artist Richard Bitterman, circa 1970s. Made of steel and brass industrial scrap metal. The expressive pendant measures over 3.5" in diameter and is extremely solid and heavy. The brass neck ring is approx. 4" in diameter. Signed "Richard Bitterman" on the front. Of modernist design, both cast and hand-forged and composed of two flat sides terminating in hollowed ends, one with a protruding side. The tongue-and-groove clasp is in good working order. The bracelet exhibits some signs of wear, such as scratches and tiny dings to the edges. The very tip of the protrusion has a tiny dent. There are two different marks on the outer side (one is struck twice) that look to be foreign but are unidentified...

This interesting pin exhibits a streamlined design and was made by the Rytosztuka collective of Krakow, Poland. It features a vivid, prong-set teal green and white marbled glass cabochon, applied to a thin squared rod. The original rollover clasp is original and secure. The back shows the Polish registry mark for Krakow, 1963-1986 and .800 silver, as well as the RYT mark for the maker and a C7, possibly a mark that is particular to this workshop...
