Unsigned and astonishing on. Tested for sterling and then some. The S swirls are repousse and large at 1.75in. long. The total weight is 81 grams heavy. The silver feels buttery soft and it has a dark natural patina that defines how wonderful this old work of art is. All hand made and follows a Patania Sr. feel when on. Because it is unmarked I have to put into a category to list. I believe it is either Old Mexican or an old Southwestern necklace. Just fabulous, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Composed of curved openwork panels formed as highly stylized bird heads, possibly eagles, with a pre-Columbian influence. The tongue-and-groove clasp is original and very secure for this substantial bracelet. It is bears the circular mark for Pedro Castillo, who worked for Spratling and Aguilar in the 1930s and started his own taller in the 1940s (per Bille Hougart’s ‘Little Book’ of Mexican silver marks, p. 41)...

Circa 1940-1945, this pin was produced by Los Castillo. It's an early piece which was designed by Margot van Voorhies Carr / Margot de Taxco. This is a superbly crafted piece, showing a koi fish swimming atop a blue glass stone which is filled with bubbles...

We are offering an Antonio Pineda moonstone bracelet with early hallmarks. This design is one of his best and I love his older works the best. One of the better known "less celebrated" maestros of Mexico's 20th c. Of good weight and exhibiting very good craftsmanship, AEM's jewelry often emulate pieces by his more famous contemporaries but he created many original designs himself as well...

Unusual and beautiful sterling wire wrapped cat's-eye chrysoberyl cuff links by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. Fabulous stones with a milk and honey color and great chatoyance. This lovely, sterling silver, leaf-link bracelet bears the Felch & Co hallmark, indicating it is c. 1940. It is a fine example of The Danecraft Corporation’s signature foliate creations. Rare sterling sports watch fob including individual sections showing woman golfer, man golfer, horse racers, baseball player, and football player by Cheever, Tweedy & Company, North Attleboro, Mass., c.1920. This 3-section dimensional fob is different on the front and the back except for the bottom horse racers. Each scene has very fine detail showing sky, flora(trees, grass,flowers), birds, and fences. Condition is excellent except for muted facial details on the top two sections...

This is a lovely 3-piece suite of earrings and a brooch, circa 1940's. The earrings and brooch have 3 layers of petals / leaves. The top of each one surrounds the turquoise stone. The earrings are screwback and measure 1/4" x 1/4" (x 1/2" high, from the lowest petal to the top of the stone). Each earring is marked SILVER MEXICO. The brooch displays 6 smaller stones with the same floral design with the top petals enveloping the stones. It measures 1 5/8" x 3/8" (x 1/4") and marked STERLING.

Two modernist sterling silver hand wrought brooches by Lore Garrick, (1920-2013) in organic free flowing styles. Lore Garrick made hand crafted jewelry in NYC in the 1950s. Known as 'Mother Lore' because her son became Tamal Krishna Goswami, she made the first pieces of jewelry for the Hare Krishna movement in Los Angeles.

An exceptional vintage sterling and turquoise full body Kachina bolo. There is a hallmark on the reverse but I have not been able to identify it so unclear if this bolo is Hopi or Navajo. The bolo hangs 20" long when on the neck. The slide is 4" long and the tips are 2 1/2" long. Total weight is 60 grams. Beautiful stones free of chips or cracks. The cord has minor wear. Hallmarked as shown. Do let me know if you identify the makers mark. A marvelous example of a kachina bolo.
