Design 5161 is a Margot de Taxco masterpiece of beads and swirls. Hallmarked correctly as shown with a 100 gram weight showing off quality repousse and a generous 18 inch wearable length. The drop is constructed with 3 links which measures an expansive 7 in. It leads up the neck without intrusion to the sides of the neck. It makes a perfect silhouette and lays in a well thought out manner...
A Scottish sterling silver filigree pin brooch with an amethyst crystal stone from the 1930s. This 1-1/2 x 1-1/4" sterling silver pin features an amethyst purple cut glass stone, it weighs 9.1 grams and it has the original c-clasp. It is stamped STERLING N SILVER WBs (for Ward Bros.). This pin is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor scratches and wear to the table of the stone...
This Los Castillo is an early design 592 and crafted when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Antonio Castillo. This is not for the faint of heart with a .5in. depth, 21 inches long and 1.25in. tall. Showing further quality is the weight of 183 grams. It displays a naturally darkened patina. I have showed a picture of the well working clasp as it is old in style and almost invisible. Love this on, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
A classic design for Hector Aguilar, this bracelet is comprised of a series of heart-shaped links with deeply etched details neatly arranged between two lengths of thick, hand-made chain. A very imposing in its simplicity creation, it is nevertheless a hefty, quite serious piece of jewelry. It feels beguilingly “familiar” around the wrist and conforms to every movement effortlessly. A real pleasure to behold and to wear, a bracelet around which collections are built...
Finely carved brooch of the goddess Demeter (Roman: Ceres), goddess of agriculture, her hair wrapped in what appears to be a scarf of grain or corn. The important Greek goddesses were a popular theme in cameo carvings of the 19th century, with Demeter arguably the most important because of her association with fertility and the harvest, or sustenance...

I have written in the past that Elna jewelry is more often than not very generous in proportions but this stunner of a bracelet goes above and beyond that! It is not just its sheer monumentality that impresses. It is also the classically "archaeological" character of the design itself which is expressed by the carved stone "mask" of an ancient Aztec Eagle warrior. Awesome in its military magnificence, the portrait is flanked by highly stylized butterfly (?) links with big cabochons set in bezels...

A wonderfully crafted sterling silver necklace and bracelet by noted Arts and Crafts metalsmith, Clemens Friedell. Made of oval links with raised roses.
The bracelet is composed of three links. It is marked Clemens Friedell Pasadena Sterling on the back side of the hook clasp. It measures 7" long and 1 1/2" at the widest. Better for a smaller wrist. The hook clasp holds securely. There is a hammer rub or scrape on the outside of the hook.
The necklace consists of nine links...
An early Skonvirke 826 silver brooch with a moth motif. Signed on the back with what looks like stylized HKC in a shield and 826 S for the silver standard. Most probably from Denmark. 826 was the silver standard used in Denmark at the time.
Measures 1" in diameter. Has an older 'C' clasp which holds securely. May have had a repair to the hinge at some point.
Fine condition, warm patina. Wonderfully crafted. Classic Arts and Crafts design.

Vintage Spratling era reminding one of Aguilar, et al, hand tooled dense pin brooch with a 6mm green ish turquoise cab simply stamped: MEXICO SILVER. Although could be a higher content - the weight is dense as with many early pre assay jewelry. Early wide C catch. By one of Spratling's or Aguilar's contemporary silversmiths no doubt.
Just under 2 1/2" X 1 1/4" and just under 1/2 ounce on a postal scale. Rich unpolished pre owned vintage condition...
