Heavily hand carved, this vintage sterling silver necklace was designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Weighing 140 grams the necklace has a wearable length of 18 inches. The center panel is 1 3/8" high. Professionally restrung on sterling silver fox wire chain the necklace is in beautiful condition. An amazing piece of mid century modernist hand wrought jewelry.

This bronze or patinated brass pendant measures 3 1/2" long and 2" across. Has thick sterling wire around the edge and a curved design on each end. Interesting hammered texture.

There is some tarnish and a little wear to the bronze patina. Has a large bale so will also accommodate a thick chain or neck ring.

Hand made sterling modernist sterling, amethyst, copper pin by Sam kramer, NYC, c.1950's. Hand hammered, this large round pin measures 2" in diameter and the pinwheel center design measures 1" in diameter. Pinwheel is raised above the round part(see photo #2) by an applied round silver piece. This is a very desirable Kramer technique. Amethyst has a copper bezel on the pinwheel. Signed "STERLING mushroom mark(for Kramer)" and is in excellent condition...

A well made pair of sterling silver and ebony cufflinks by noted American Modernist Jeweler, Allan Adler. Measure 5/8" square. Two of the sides are angled in for a clean modernist feel. A very delicate and colorful bracelet, featuring gilded silver filigreed panels enhanced with blue and green enamel. The enamel is in lovely condition, with only tiny areas of loss. From Spratling's first design period, hallmarks date this pin 1040-1944. This eagle serpent pin has superb repoussé silver work. Oxidized recesses and a highly detailed design really make this a standout piece. Measures 2 5/16" x 1 7/8". Weight is 26 grams. Signed and hallmarked with the WS Print Circle and Spratling Silver. Pin closes with a roller.
