This magnificent, hand forged piece was designed & signed c.1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Weighing 225 grams, the hinged, flexible buckle measures 9" across X 2 3/4" high tapering to 1 3/4" at the terminals. 3 thick silk velvet cords are sewn into place at the ends. The cords are in beautiful condition & overlap to avoid separation when worn. Each cord measures 23" long. Wearable length with the buckle is 31"...

Magnificent, rare vintage sterling and coral circular shaped petit point ring by Zuni Edith Tsatbetsaye , circa 1970. Many silversmiths created petit point pieces, but this silversmith took the art to an extreme. This ring is set with semicircular high domed and arched stones, this cut being her trademark. A massive, amazing vintage bracelet in 970 silver with 6 cabachon amethysts by Antonio Pineda. The randomly placed stones are deeply set into the silver and appear to be almost floating. The cuff measures 5 1/4" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/2" opening. It is 2 3/4" wide at all points and weighs 177 grams. This is a heavy bracelet but remarkably
comfortable on. This piece is truly a show stopper and I believe to be quite rare...
An absolutely splendid vintage sterling, 14k and deep red coral cuff bracelet by Frank Patania Jr. It comes with its original box with the Frank Patania Thunderbird logo on it. He is known for his clean, bold, modern designs while still influenced by his traditional background. This pair of sterling cuff bracelets are a perfect example. We have an Antonio Pineda high sheen obsidian bracelet today with a wearable of 7 inches and a height of 1.25 in. tall. A substantial bracelet with a weight of 90 grams and no chips or damage to the silver. Part of the hallmark wraps under the clasp. You will see glare and areas with patina.
