This impressive Mexican silver link bracelet, probably made for the tourist trade, has a distinctive and quite unusual design. Circa pre-1960, this necklace produced by Matilde Poulat has a generous length of 23", with a 3 1/4" wide center. There are amethyst stations on each side, with double chains continuing up the neck. The palomas sit next to a vase with turquoise flowers. Length on the center is 2 1/2".

Weight is a substantial 91.1 grams.

Signed and hallmarked "Matl Mexico 925 Patente 10966", along with the eagle assay 129.

An elegant, early 20th-century pin decorated with tour á guilloché enamel within wire reserves. A mauve zigzag pattern borders a diamond-pattern white center bisected by silver wire and a band of mauve. Gold stars and flying birds are embedded around the edge and at each end. It has a strong pin stem that hooks into a hooded C-clasp. The back is marked sterling and ‘Genuine Cloisonne’; it bears the maker’s mark of Watson Co. of Attleboro, MA...

Rare kinetic showstopper designed by Bent Gabrielsen while he worked for iconic Danish silversmith Hans Hansen. In textured sterling silver with a dangling disc that has a gold wash. The disc has a pitted texture which contrasts beautifully against the vertical pattern of the body of the pendant. This is a large, bold piece, measuring 3.25". Excellent condition. Matching silver necklace and bracelet in large repetitive waves of acid-etched links, c.1950's. This modernist design has a hint of deco and is quite heavy, weighing a total of 4 1/2 troy oz. The bracelet is quite generous in size measuring 1 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" long with 19 curled links folding into each other. The necklace measures 7/8" wide by 15" long and has 44 links. These links move and jingle playfully against each other but the piece is masterful...

Are you bold enough for this ring, with it's huge, sparkling grey druzy stone? The crystal measures approximately 1.5" when measured from its longest point. It is pale grey, which sparkling gold inclusions (pyrite?) layering the top. Set in sterling silver. The band is adjustable, currently size 7. Marked with an unknown hallmark, "Taxco 925."

Crafted in the late 1950s or in the 1960s, this sterling silver Mexican necklace is signed by Victoria or Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti. Victoria is one of the few female designers and silversmiths of Taxco’s 20th c. Silver Renaissance that we know of and she is credited, among others, for perfecting the “metales casados” or “married metals” technique. In this necklace, however, she adds a modernist twist to an otherwise “archeological” design...

An amazing modernist sterling silver ring with an abstract figural design signed with what looks like JPC, Iceland and 925S. Measures about a size 7- 7.5. The top sits 1/2" high and measures about 7/8" across and 1 3/8" long. Has an interesting hammered texture. Really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.
