A vintage pair of sterling silver Mid Century Modernist pierced earrings by Betty Cooke.

Each earring has three polished silver disks connected to a silver tube. Opposites so frame the face when worn.

Measure about 2" long and 3/4" across.

Signed Cooke and sterling on the back of each earring. The clutches are not marked.

Have some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. One earring has a tiny ding to the tube in the middle...

Lovely vintage brooch by Mikimoto featuring five stunning pearls set in a triple arch of sterling silver. The pearls, graduating from 5 to 5.5 mm, are of the finest quality. The body color is white with an ivory overtone. The lustre is excellent. The back of the brooch is stamped with Mikimoto's hallmark and "S" for sterling.

Origin: Japan, circa 1960. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1-7/8" x 1-5/8". Weight: 7.0 grams.

A modernist sterling silver pendant with a central rough textured brutalist design by Jens Peter Clausen Gudjonsson of Iceland. Has a thick smooth band of sterling surrounding the central design. Signed JENS and 925S.

Pendant measures about 1 5/8" long and 1" across at the widest. Thick sterling. Currently on a sterling silver 18" chain that closes with a secure spring clasp. Clasp is marked sterling.

This silver bracelet is composed of a complex series of interwoven links, some cast to appear as wound with wires. The tongue-and-groove clasp is quite secure, and there are jump rings for connecting a safety chain if needed. The back of the clasp is marked Argentina with an obscured lozenge mark that most likely indicates silver content, likely .900. The bracelet shows a strong test for silver. A nice revival piece imitating the late Victorian Scottish agate pins. The agates are securely set in etched sterling silver. The top features a pierced setting mounted with a glass half-bead in the same dark honey color of the original Scottish cairngorms. The pin has a rollover clasp that probably replaced the original C-clasp. The pin stem appears to be original. The pin is unmarked, but tests as sterling silver. It measures a little over 2 ½ inches long.

This lovely brooch / pin has a diameter of 1 1/4". The faceted, purple stone is bezel set, with a nice circle design. The back is marked STERLING DANECRAFT (with an encircled "R" (for Registered Trademark). Danecraft began making Georg Jensen, Danish inspired die-stamped copies of Jensen's jewelry. This piece is in excellent condition.

Composed of oval twisted-wire rings, this 1960s long chain is easy to wear and has a very contemporary look. It is unmarked, but tests as sterling and is very well constructed, with each link secured with solder. There is no clasp, just throw it on and go. When worn, the chain drops 19 ¼ inches long. A pair of vintage hammered sterling silver brooches from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis, available in two sizes. Great hammered texture. Larger brooch measures about 1 3/4" across and 1 1/2" high. Smaller brooch measures 1 1/2" across and 1 3/8" high. Both pieces are marked Sterling and with the crossed JL mark of the artist.
