Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A well made modernist bracelet in 835 silver with a design reminiscent of Juhls or Lapponia. Looks very Nordic or Scandinavian, but it is signed 835 Germany and what looks like conjoined KG in a circle. Unable to determine the maker.

A beautiful sterling silver and purple crystal sautoir necklace circa 1920s. This ekegant early Art Deco era necklace has a large amethyst crystal facetted unfoiled stone and paste rhinestones. The drop measures 2" x 3/4", the fine link chain is 17-1/2" long and it is stamped STG with a maker's mark. It weighs 7.2 grams and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A triangular sterling silver modernist bracelet by Jondell, Mexico. Measures about 7 1/2" around the inside and 9 1/2" around the outside. Measures 1/4" at the widest. Slips onto my average size wrist easily.

Marked Jondell, Mexico and 925. Although it is hollow, it is made from thick sterling and has a substantial feel.

In fine condition with minor scuffs.

Cool, sleek design.

A vintage sterling hand wrought large pendulum shaped pendant with a small prong set dark red stone in the center. Looks like it may be a garnet. The pendant has smooth sterling around the rim with two zigzag rows of textured sterling across the center.

Measures 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" across. Has a large double bale so could be worn on a thick chain or neck ring. Marked Sterling on the back. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches.

Very striking, well crafted design.

Fabulous and glam clipback earrings in 900 silver with a gold wash, in Etruscan style with applied wirework and coin form drops. Marked 900. Vintage, from an estate, 1970s or earlier. 3 1/2 inches long and 1 5/8 inches wide. Excellent condition. All drops are present. Photos enlarged to show detail.

A modernist sterling silver brooch with a black orb by Sigi Pineda. The orb may be onyx.

Measures 2 7/8" long and almost 1/2" at the widest. Marked on the back Sigi Tasco, Hecho en Mexico, Sterling, 81, and Eagle #3. Also marked with what looks like design number 304.

Safety rollover clasp holds securely. In very nice condition. Has a little tarnish and minor surface scratches.

An elegant Edwardian period baisse-taille white enamel and sterling silver brooch with fine engine turning and gold inlay, circa 1910. This antique 2" across pin was made by Blackinton of North Attleboro, Massachusetts (1862-1967), It was constructed from French baisse-taille enamel on sterling mounted with a pin assembly with a safety catch. The bright gold flowers and wreath inlaid on the brooch set it off beautifully against the engine-turned design under the enamel...

A artisan studio style 1-1/4 x 3/8" sterling silver (tested) pendant with a cultured 4mm. pearl (nice pinkish lustre), a natural 25 point sapphire with superb blue colour, and a 5 point genuine diamond. A modernist 830 silver ring with a brutalist design from Sweden. Has 5 square shaped cut outs and contrasting textures across the top. The top is a raised disk that sits on 2 arms and measures 7/8" across.

Marked with the three crowns national mark, 830 for the silver content and S for the silver standard.

Has minor tarnish. There are two tiny cut marks on the back of the shank.

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Gertrude Engel for Anton Michelsen, from Sweden. Measure 1 5/8" across and 1 3/8" high. Has a brown swirled oval cabochon. Marked with the MIC hallmark and the three crowns silver standard mark used by Anton Michelsen when in Stockholm, Sweden from 1946-63. Also marked with S for the town mark, A9 for 1951 and Engel. An Arts and Crafts hand made acid etched brooch in German Silver or Pewter by the documented Chicago firm, BRANDT that was active 1914-1923. Signed with an impressed BRANDT.

Measures 2 1/2" long and 5/8" wide. Not flat but curved for an interesting effect. Has a replaced rollover clasp that holds securely.

A sterling silver pendant necklace with a Tiger's Eye cabochon in a modernist design. Marked with what looks like KL in a Circle, 925, © and 1974. So far we have been unable to identify the silversmith. This pendant has a little tarnish.

Pendant measures 2" long and 1 3/8" across the widest area. The chain measures 16 1/2" long and has a secure spring clasp marked 925 with another tiny mark. May be an 'S'...

A Mid Century Modern bracelet in sterling silver by Kultaseppa Salovaara, Ky of Turku Finland with four bullet shaped bezel set stones. Deep purple in color, probably amethyst. The bracelet is concave for an interesting effect.

Measures 7" around and 1/2" wide at the ends. Has an opening of 3/4". Can be somewhat adjusted.

Marked with the polar bear mark for the maker, Finland, and 925.
