A stunning design of rectangular panels with applied calla lilies, vines and 12-kt gold-filled leaves. This maker is unknown, but produced an impressive series of calla lily jewelry with hand-applied decoration. A folded end panel forms a very secure hook clasp. The bracelet has two safety chains. There is no maker’s mark, only marks for sterling and 1/20 12-kt. gold-filled decoration. The bracelet measures 1 ½ inches wide by 7 ¼ inches long. Weight: 86.3 grams

This silver bracelet is composed of a complex series of interwoven links, some cast to appear as wound with wires. The tongue-and-groove clasp is quite secure, and there are jump rings for connecting a safety chain if needed. The back of the clasp is marked Argentina with an obscured lozenge mark that most likely indicates silver content, likely .900. The bracelet shows a strong test for silver. It measures 7 ½ inches long by about ½ inch wide. Weight: 26.4 grams

Composed of hollow-cast embossed panels with a geometric design, enhanced by oxidation. The necklace is secured by a hook closure that bears the maker’s initials of JSE, as well as marks for sterling and a partial mark of some sort. The back of one panel is also marked sterling. Formed as a stylized starburst of forged wire with a central sterling silver bead, this pin is based on the Joseph Skinger design, but made and signed by Martin Lasak. Very cute and sporting quite an obsidian sheen is this rather large 2 inches long and 1 inch wide beetle brooch. Hallmarked as shown with an early eagle 3. The weight is 14 grams. Very well made and a perfect gift or just for yourself!

Antonio Pineda inlaid this creation with horizontal and vertical onyx pieces alternating. It measures .75in. tall and is 7.5in. long. The weight is 81 grams heavy. The onyx is all perfect with no chips or damage. One picture features the Fred Davis design necklace also listed on my site with this bracelet. This piece is sleek and timeless and perfect for career wear. Certainly a strong consideration for your jewel box.

A spectacular and rare Mexican sterling clamper signed by noted maker RAF with his eagle 28 and signed again by another mark in the circle as shown. This has an airy feel to the floral design with lots of open space and the weight is 65 grams. the diameter of the oval for size is 2.5in. which equates to approximately 7in. wearable. The repousse is heavy and can be compared to Margot de Taxco's work in thickness of silver. The front face is 2.75in. tall and it tapers to .75in. in the very back...

These Mexican silver dimensional floral earrings show great detail of the open flower. The size is 1.25 inches by 1 inch. Hallmarked as shown by DS and weighing 8 grams. These look like a perfect match to the clamper also listed on my site of the same flower. The presence of the earring on is a beautiful reflection. Condition is perfect.

A pre-1948 pair of vintage Mexican silver earrings of exceptional design that goes with all Matl pieces. The color of the stones is a turquoise green. These are 2 in. tall and 2.75in. wide at the widest. The weight is 8.5 grams heavy. Properly hallmarked as shown with ICM, these earrings are remarkable and rare.

This geometric openwork pin depicting snakelike creatures is distinguished by its design, which draws from ancient Mexican imagery. The pin is sturdily made and has a secure C-clasp. It is unsigned but stamped on the back Taxco 980, which indicates a higher-than-sterling silver content. It likely dates from the 1940s-50s. The metal exhibits a very strong test for sterling silver and exhibits a nice patina from age. The pin measures a little over 2 ¼ inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide. Weight: 16....

The larger sides are designed as abstract forms with a pocked layer on a thin, flat surface. The opposite sides are undecorated rectangular panels. This dynamic pin by a renowned New York modernist designer Ed Wiener is composed of a sterling silver angular form applied to a triangular, oxidized sterling silver panel. I love the old hand made flies. They are so realistic and these are in 2 sizes. One is 1.75in. long and 1.25in. wide. This one is a pre-1948 980 TAXCO hallmark and weighs 6 grams heavy. This is "The Armadillo" cuff. (The necklace is no longer available). It was designed circa 1945-50 by Valentin Vidaurreta and made by master silversmith Manuel Altamirano who worked for Valentin and also for Hector Aguilar. It is featured on page 198 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny C. Morrill. The cuff is 5 1/2" around in the inside plus a 1 1/2" opening. This A. Katz CoroCraft duette is called "Bill & Coo".

This famous duette has 2 bluebirds perched on 2 flowering grapevines. The birds are hand painted with enamel colors. All of the crystals have been faceted by hand. The birds are 3 dimensional giving you the sight of 2 wings on each bird. Each bird measures 1.75" high and 1.35" wide. The duette measures a total of 1.75" high and 2.75" wide.

The dramatic enameling is in vivid colors, featuring panels of Nordic scenes alternating with blue and white cloisonne panels. Composed of a diamond-shaped sterling silver pendant suspended from a chain of curled and flattened sterling wire and amethyst glass beads. The pendant is constructed of separate triangular pieces attached to a central frame of curled wires. The back of the pendant is marked sterling. The entire necklace measures 13 ½ inches long (chain is doubled); the pendant alone measures 4 inches long by 2 1/8 inches wide.

This Norwegian necklace is composed of gilded sterling silver panels decorated with guilloche work under ivory-colored enamel and edged with black enamel and embossed flowers along the rim. The necklace clasp is in good working order, and bears the mark of Ivar T. Holth, of Oslo. The box part of the clasp is marked 925 for sterling; the tongue is marked for .830 silver. The enamel is intact, showing no losses or cracks. The necklace measures 15 inches long by 7/8 inch wide. Weight: 66.6 grams

The frame is of irregular width and is enhanced with oxidation. The C-clasp is secure; the matte-finish back is marked ”STG. SIL,” usually attributed to Australia or New Zealand, with the unidentified maker’s mark, possibly FM. The piece measures 1 ¾ inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Weight: 13.3 grams

A hand-assembled chain necklace composed of tiger’s eye beads and silver rope chain, beads and cylinders. This whimsical pea pod pin is handcrafted and decorated with a curling vine, the peas made of graduated malachite beads strung on a wire. The rollover clasp is secure, and the pin is well balanced when worn. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inches wide. It is conservatively dated at 1960s, and could be older. The pin is marked sterling.

A thin bangle with textured surface is set with four faceted natural rubies. They are bezel mounted with open backs, securely soldered to the bangle. The rubies are highly included and probably untreated; one has slight surface abrasions. The bangle has a 2 ½-inch internal diameter, and an inner circumference of about 8 inches. Each setting measures about ½ inch by 3/8 inch. The bangle is 1/16 inch wide. It is marked 925 for sterling silver.
