Being offered is an exceedingly rare circa 1940 sterling silver & jade cabochon bracelet by Fred Davis of Taxco, Mexico. Early pieces by one of the pioneers of the premiere Taxco silver ateliers. Handwrought half domed links with bezel set jade cabochons. Hook clasp.. Dimensions: 7 1/2” long, links are 1" wide. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition.
Designed by Harald Nielson, a heavy sterling cuff that weighs 56 grams. The inner diameter measures 2.48 inches, and at its widest point measures 1-1/2". It is marked on both ends. On one side is Jensen round logo 55 and on the other end 925S Denmark. Light wear.
Plateria Cecilia has produced a very nice rendition of Mexico City folk work. The stones are warmed teal turquoise, dark red coral which looks Mediteranian and an amethyst that is jelly clear purple. The center Medallion is 2 inches tall and the bracelet is 1.25in. tall. There is 7.25in. of length and also 60 grams of silver.

Enrique Ledesma was known for his work with stone next to silver. In this necklace he chose some of the brightest obsidian with a flaming gold sheen. I can not capture how black this stone is without much light and also how it glows as you move with the light. The necklace has a wearable length of 17in. and is made with thick silver. The matching earrings are a gorgeous 1.75in. long and have a strong clip back. The height is just under a half inch tall...

Sterling silver watch fob by George W. Shiebler. An outstanding example of the "Medallion" or "Curio Medallion" line, this watch fob is comprised of a horizontal log-like bar inscribed with the Greek letters "XAPIE" suspending five discs depicting Greek gods and goddesses. Pictured from left they are Zeus, unknown, Pallas Athena, unknown, and Mercury. The two unknown images are female and probably depict Aphrodite, Hera or Demeter...
Bold and beautiful with a Modernist design, this stunning bracelet by Antonio Pineda is a fine example of his craftmanship and artistry. At the corner of each heavy thick silver link is a light blue faceted Spinel and another spinel tops the push in clasp. Measures 6 7/8" long, 3/4" wide and weighs 95.3 grams. Hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco Crown, Hecho en Mexico, 970 and the eagle 17. A timeless and elegant bracelet.
A remarkable vintage sterling bracelet with 7 vibrant deep red coral saw tooth bezel set stones by Carmelo Patania who was the brother of Frank Patania Sr. It measures 6" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening and is 1 1/8" wide. Weighing 69 grams, it is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones. Signed as shown. The stones are spectacular in color and the chiseling and nugget trim add additional interest to the piece.
A first design period sterling silver cuff bracelet by William Spratling. This cuff, known as the 'Dog Bone', measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 3/8" and 7/8" wide at the ends. Probably could be slightly adjusted if needed. Marked with the incised WS with Spratling Made in Mexico in a circle mark, and Sterling. Has some minor scratches and tarnish and some very tiny dings. A true find for the collector.

A museum quality oval pendant signed Benevidez (Johnny) and Tim Yazzie Sterling. Possibly a piece by both men who are Santo Domingo/Navajo artists. The Tim Yazzie mark is not typical however if one searches the web, one can find similar pieces created by both men.
Silver overlay designs highlight the intricately cut lapis,onyx and turquoise stones. A solid pendant, it
measures 3-1/4 x 1-1/2" and weighs a hefty 49gr. The sterling collar has a hook clasp and is marked TS 91 Taxco 925.
Hand wrought, this large, detailed, sterling silver belt buckle was created c.1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hubert Harmon. Measuring 4 1/4" long x 2 1/4" from toe to toe the piece weighs 55 grams. 2 loops on the back measure 1 1/2" across. The smaller loop at the heel is 1 1/8". The design beautifully details the contours and shape of the bottom of a foot and it's toes. The buckle (or pendant if you like) is in excellent condition with a soft aged patina...
