Being offered is a circa 1963 sterling silver necklace by Los Ballesteros of Taxco, Mexico, boasting a modern biomorphic design. Dimensions wearable 15 1/2”, 1 3/4" at its widest. Marked. In excellent condition. Necklace is solid silver, not hollow, and weighs a heavy 4 ozs. Los Ballesteros is one of the great Mexican silversmiths.

Rare sterling modernist choker necklace by Sigi, c.1952. Extremely heavy, it weighs 5 troy oz(150 gms)and is in excellent condition. The concave necklace houses graduated dimensional silver balls going around the entire piece. Sigi opened his PLATEROS shop in 1952, and one rarely sees the PLATEROS mark. The necklace is signed "PLATEROS TAXCO MEXICO STERLING #17 bellmark-can't read". The choker measures 14" around and is for a small neck...

Torque necklace of sterling and onyx by Sigi Pineda, Mexico, c.1955. Marked "SIGI TASCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING (eagle mark) 36 (number is hard to see as it's deeply imbedded, so possibly) 310". Of good size it measures 16" around closed and the silver-backed onyx opens with a peg hinge. Elegant design in excellent condition.....$15 for insured shipping.

This necklace is signed Taxco 980 and while there is no artist attached to this work it is of exceptional quality. Thick silver, attached with rivets, and classic style set this Mexican silver necklace apart from others. It is 7/8ths inches tall for all three pieces. The weight is 92 grams for the necklace and 55 grams for the bracelet and earrings. The earrings have been professionally changed to pierced and the hallmark does show on their back side...

Beautiful sterling silver & rose quartz bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Comprised of 5 ancient pale pink hand cut, bezel set quartz stones. Center stone measures 1" high. Bracelet will fit up to a 6 3/4" wrist comfortably. Excellent vintage condition. Slide in clasp and safety chain are tight and secure. Fully signed on the reverse. A large vintage cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise designed by Matilde Poulat and executed by her nephew, Ricardo Salas. Marked with both the Salas and Eagle #129 marks which is unusual.

Cross measures 3 1/4" tall including the small bale and 2 1/4" wide.

A nicely designed Edwardian silver Baisse Taille enamel octagonal pin c1910-15. This 1" pin has a deep purple border and a central columnar section with lovely opalescent enamel. In the center is a seed pearl, and this pin has the original c-clasp and the 935 sterling mark (probably France or Austria). This item is in very good original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the loss some enamel in three segments...

An amazing sterling silver modernist brooch with a bark like texture thought to be designed by Finnish jeweler Helky Juvonen and produced by N. Westerback in 1973.

Measures 2" across and 2" high. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Marked with 925 for the silver standard, NW for the maker, the National Mark and Date Code U7 for 1973.

In fine condition, very intricate and detailed. Dark patina. Weighs 19 gr. Wonderful example of modernist Scandinavian design.

Set with a large pink agate cabochon that shows very little wear. The setting is nicely constructed with a complex design of tiny tiered and small cylindrical elements encircling the stone. Four wide ridged prongs secure the agate. The inside of the band is marked Handarbeit, with a lozenge that appears to be either a country or maker’s mark, as well as what could be a mark of 925.
