Spratling designed this impressive pendant in the 1940's. Measuring 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" the piece is beautifully detailed with 4 beveled cut amethyst stones & a center cab set into thick silver frames. This late 19th-century sterling silver bar pin is formed as four graduated medallions with classical military profiles. It was made by the Frank M. Whiting Co. of North Attleboro, MA, and bears the maker’s mark on the back. The features of the faces are sharply molded and detailed. There is a modified C-clasp on the back. The pin measures 2 1/4 inches long and about 3/4 inch at its widest part.

Circa 1940-1945, this masterpiece from Los Castillo pulls out all the stops. The craftsmanship is magnificent, the design sublime. The prong set faceted stones are almost black in color, with brown striations which can be seen from the back of the stones. The design is full of swirls and tiny beading. Centerpiece has six dangles and measures 5 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" tall. Closed, wearable length is 17". Weight is 112.7 grams...

Fabulous large and fascinating sterling ring by Karram, c.1970's. As you turn the ring it is completely different around. Made of heavy gauge silver, it weighs 16 grams, is size 6 1/2, and is about 3/4" wide. Signed in "KARRAM(handmade) STERLING" and is in excellent condition. This band ring is just under 1/2" wide. It is a size 6. Its design consists of triangles and "balls" over an oxidized background. It is marked STERLING 925 MEXICO in a circle with a conjoined HF S in the center. It also has the assay mark with 111 inside (and marked 925 again). It is excellent condition.

Made by Margot Van Voorheis this necklace proves that not all great things come in big packages. The workmanship is complicated to say the least. The entire 15in. chain is composed of the tiniest granulated beads which are then channel set throughout with each links length measuring 3/16th of an inch. Nine perfect teardrop dangles are the center piece attracting much attention and the drop is 1in. tall and 2.75in. across...

Formed as hollow cast discs, embossed and chased with elaborate floral designs, and bezel-set with carnelian beads – one of which shows a partial hole to one side. The earrings are secured with working clip backs; the maker’s impressed mark looks like Zuoco or Zocco. The earrings measure 1 ¼ inches in diameter.

A very well constructed pair of sterling silver and pearl cufflinks by Jean Lasnier. He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement. Cufflinks are made from two layers of curved sterling connected at the corners. They have an offset pearl attached to the under layer for a 3D effect. Measure 3/4" square. Toggles swivel. This Mexican Silver necklace is hallmarked with an ms conjoined, Taxco, Sterling and an eagle 3 as shown. It is very outside of what I would normally acquire. Lighter than my average acquisitions, it is solid with no repousse and is 30 grams in weight. Very comfortable as it feels lighter than air. The minute I saw it worn I was convinced that it was very special. Dramatic at 7 inches long and 4 inches across the presence is commanding.
