A beautiful demi-parure consisting of a matching necklace and bracelet in gold washed silver with very big faceted opaline glass stones, prong set, and bezel set in the center of the necklace. Marked SILVER. Circa 1900 - 1920. Possibly French. A very unusual design, and I have never had opaline stones this big before. They have fabulous pink and blue tones which are not completely captured in the photos.

The necklace is 16 1/2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide...

This is an exquisite piece, c. 1910. It is made of 830 vermeil. The filigree-bordered circles suspend 3 blue enamel flowers with white centers. The filigree design between the circs have a similar dangle with a central, white cab. This spectacular brooch measures 1 1/2" across (1 3/4" w/ extended pin). It measures 2 5/8" from top to bottom. The back is marked 830 with a maker's mark I cannot make out.

Outstanding vintage signed Los Castillo heavy sterling bracelet with a repousse foliate motif. 1940s, pre-eagle mark. Marked LOS CASTILLO TAXCO, STERLING MADE IN MEXICO, and with design number 116. Very substantial at 94 grams/3.3 ounces. With a hook closure and safety chain.

Stunning early Art Deco sterling silver bracelet with large emerald cut prong set glass stones, openbacked and unfoiled, signed H&H Sterling, with a star hallmark. This is the mark of Hamilton & Hamilton Jr., of Providence, Rhode Island, in business from approximately 1896 to 1915. This piece is probably from 1910 - 1915. Box slide clasp with two matching smaller stones, set perpendicular to the larger stones. Just under 3/8 inch wide and 6 7/8 inches wearable length. Excellent condition...

Here is a beautiful, ornate, Norwegian sterling silver and enamel bracelet. It consists of 8 butterfly-shaped, linked panels of pearly white guilloche enamel. Each panel has a lovely applied wirework decoration with beaded center. The bracelet has a safety chain and a V-spring and box clasp, on which, “925 S STERLING NORWAY” is marked, along with a maker’s mark of (what looks to me like) an “E” inside a lobed oval. (I am unfamiliar with this artist’s hallmark)...

A fabulous and dramatic silver necklace with webbed strands which fall asymmetrically in both the front and the back, longer in the back. Circa 1920. Period illustrations frequently show necklaces designed to highlight a low neckline in both front and back. With brilliant lead crystal unfoiled stones in openback settings. The metal tests positive for sterling silver. With a spring ring clasp without a thumb tab, a common early 20th century clasp. A stunning look...

A wonderful brooch by William Spratling depicting a large moth. Measures 2 5/8" across and 1 7/8" high. Marked with the conjoined WS surrounded by Spratling Made in Mexico. Also marked Spratling Silver. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Heavy silver. Has some minor tarnish and surface scratches. Wonderful item.

This beautiful band ring is inlaid with 2 bands of azur-malachite stone. The blue and green stone is colorful and stands out nicely in its 1/4" sterling silver band. It is marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 in a circle with with ESE in the middle. It also has the assay mark with 3 inside. The ring is a size 7 1/2 and is in excellent condition.

This ring depicts a climbing snake. It is adjustable in size. The head of the snake is set in abalone. It is marked TAXCO 925, then (hard to read) MEXICO and maker's initials. It also has the Government assay spread eagle mark with a 3 inside.

Fabulous and large antique drop necklace in very finely worked silver, with large blue chalcedony carved round beads on a fine chain with tiny very detailed silver flowers, and with a large blue chalcedony drop drilled and invisibly suspended from a flower form mounting. Circa 1910. Spring ring clasp. The metal is not marked but tests positive for at least 800 silver. Similar necklaces are pictured in "Warman's Jewelry" by Christie Romero...

Arts & crafts handmade period silver and moonstones dagger pin, c.1910. Quite LARGE and made of very heavy gauge silver, it measures 4" LONG and the dagger can be removed from the sheath. The silver work is very decorative and intricate. The sheath and the dagger each have pin backs and be worn open(in two pieces) or closed(as one). A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta Oy, Turku Finland. A geometric design with rock crystals and spectrolite stones. Measures about 7" around. The central design measures 1 1/2" across and 2 1/2" long. Hook closure. In very nice condition with minor tarnish. Marked with the Anvil, Finland and 925S, the mark for Turku and Q7 for 1969. Great example of Scandinavian modernist jewelry.

A wonderful Art & Crafts sterling silver bracelet by the Kalo Workshop of Chicago. The bracelet is formed of six plaques, each centering an oval buff-cut citrine. The plaques are somewhat diamond-shaped, with beadwork at either end, and are joined by double oval links. The citrines have very dark amber coloring, with superb evenness and clarity. The smooth domed tops reflect the faceted cutting on the bottoms of the stones to very nice effect...

Stunning very big Art Deco / Arts & Crafts silver ring with a large rectangular smoky quartz stone in a prong setting. German, circa 1920, marked 835 for silver content. The stone, which has many naturally occurring inclusions, has been verified by a gemologist. Ring size 8. The top is just under 7/8 inch square. The stone is 17mm by 15mm. Excellent condition.
