Circa 1950's, this bold, edgy cuff from Bernice Goodspeed is a book-piece design shown on p. 132 of the Morrill/Berk book "Mexican Silver".

It's a hand-wrought piece with an intricate deeply carved design and an oxidized background. This is a fabulous bracelet, and one which is rarely seen.

It's a large cuff, measuring 5 3/4" inside edge-to-edge, with an opening/gap of an additional 1 1/2". Width is 2 9/16"...

Hallmarks date this very rare Antonio Pineda necklace 1948-1953. I've not seen this design before.

Composed of twenty panels with a rimmed hubcap design, the links alternate with rounds and indented on the sides so that they fit into each other. Each panel measures 1 3/16" tall, 13/16" wide. Closes with a ribbed J hook and eye.

Signed and hallmarked "Silver by Tono", with the design # YY 223. I believe the silver to be of a higher purity than 925, likely 970 or 980...

This fine pin, with its deep, dark yellow, palmate leaves is by Norwegian silversmith Bernard Meldah. It is sterling vermeil with basse-taille enamel and measures 1 3/4” x 1 3/4”. It has a C-catch and is marked “925 S STERLING” “MB” (superimposed, Meldah’s maker’s mark) and “MADE IN NORWAY.” This piece is in excellent condition.

There are six gently curved panels connected with oxidized bulls-eye spirals, from which two pendants dangle in front. This is Los Castillo's design # 788, and it is collector quality. Circa mid-century, these are fabulous earrings from Margot de Taxco.

These koi fish with teardrop amethyst dangles measure 1 3/4" tall, and they are stunning. The detailing is amazing. Amethysts match perfectly in color, and screw backs work perfectly.

Signed and hallmarked "Margot de Taxco 5207" on one, "Sterling Made in Mexico" on the other. No eagle assay.

Weight is 10 grams.

In excellent vintage condition, collector quality.

Circa mid-century, this is a rarely seen design from Antonio Pineda. I have seen hoop earrings from Antonio, but not this exact design with the rims.
