An unusual pair of sterling silver modernist earrings by Salvador Teran. Marked Salvador, Sterling, Mexico and 140 for the style number. Pre eagle.

Measure 1 1/2" long and 7/8" wide. Screw backs hold securely.

Depict some kind of highly stylized creature. Haven't been able to find another pair with this style number. Great modernist design!

A vintage modernist set of Cufflinks with matching Tiebar in sterling and exotic wood from Sigi Pineda, Taxco Mexico. Cufflinks measure 1 1/8" long and 3/4" wide. Tiebar measures 2 1/8" long and 3/8" wide. Marked Sterling Made in Mexico, Sigi Tasco, Eagle 3, and with design number 52 on the back of the tiebar. The Swans signed by Antonio Pineda are graceful in design and the super high gold obsidian sheen is truly radiant. The earring and necklace are properly marked as shown and the weight is 121 grams which reflect the quality of this silver. There are no chips or damage of any kind. A large sterling silver brooch by Taxco artisan Enrique Ledesma with a dark green elongated stone. Measures 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. Marked on the back Ledesma, Mexico, Taxco, 925, BB, Eagle #3 and design number 289. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Has a hairline on the side which doesn't go all the way through. Antonio Pineda Smokey quartz love knot is shown in the book Silver Seduction by Gobi Stomberg. The mounting is made with thick silver and the faceted stone is large at 1in. tall and .75in. across. The facets are beautifully cut and the stone glows with gold sparks. The pictures in no way capture the stones fire. The pendant weighs a total of 45 grams. Rare sterling double layered biomorphic shaped cuff by New York Modernist Ed wiener. This is his early work and a design rarely seen. Measuring 5 " around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 7/8" at the widest point and weighs 63 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Molds perfectly on the wrist and looks spectacular.

A lovely Arts and Crafts period 830 silver high relief rose Skønvirke brooch circa 1900. This antique 2-1/8" x 1-5/8" pin has a long c-clasp and it is marked simply 830. It is quite likely this piece is Scandinavian, it is entirely consistent with early Skønvirke ("beautiful work") made popular by fine Scandinavian silver makers. It greatly resembles early Bernard Hertz work, but is not signed, other than the 830 silver mark...

A VERY rare and magnificent Art Deco Fred Davis silver and amethyst bracelet. The large rectangular amethyst and silver bars are the focal point of the piece but then the eye travels over the 11 round amethysts centered between silver links. A beautiful Georg Jensen USA Laurence Foss designed brooch in a classic Arts and Crafts pineapple style. Brooch measures 1 3/8" tall and 1 1/4" across. Has a teardrop moonstone cabochon. We have a unique Los Ballesteros pectoral necklace with a drop of 2.75in.across and 2in. tall. The stone is a color changing synthetic that was widely used in the Spratling era by many tallers.
