A great looking vintage retro period gold-washed sterling silver necklace signed by Coro c1940s. This necklace consists of the 1-3/4" across heart-shaped pendant with a raised centre flower, with blue claw-set prystal or clear blue lucite facetted "stone" and the matching 16-1/8" link chain with loop and tab catch. Hallmarks date this rarely seen Los Castillo necklace 1940-1945. Very likely a design created by Margot van Voorhies Carr (Margot de Taxco), who was married to Antonio Castillo during this time. Margot designed many of Los Castillo's early pieces. It's a gorgeous necklace with a beaded scalloped design, measuring 16 1/2" closed, wearable length. The centerpiece is 5" across. A gilt sterling silver crystal large coat pin from the 1930s. This 4" x 2-3/4" coat pin has golden-honey facetted and unfoiled crystal stones. It has a safety clasp, it is stamped STERLING with an unidentified maker's mark (it may be a C with an arrow, possibly either Whiteside and Blank or an incomplete Carl-Art mark). It weighs 16.7 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant by the Danish silversmith Johannes Larsen, (Skaelskor active 1977-1984).

Has four dangles suspended from a geometric central pendant. The pendant is marked Sterling and J.La. It measures 2 1/2" across and 1 1/4" high. Chain measures 24" long and has a secure spring clasp. The clasp is marked Sterling with some other hallmarks that are too tiny to read. Has minor surface scratches.

This is an exceptionally rare piece produced by Antonio Pineda, with his early "Silver by Tono" hallmark which dates 1948-1953. The design speaks to the influence of Valentin Viadurreta, for whom Antonio Pineda apprenticed in Mexico City.

Entirely hand-wrought, with open-back repoussé, this cuff is a collector's dream. In excellent vintage condition, with no issues whatsoever...

Early pair of sterling and amethyst cuff bracelets by Victoria, Mexico, c.1940. They are each signed "VICTORIA TAXCO MADE IN MEXICO SILVER 103" and are in excellent condition. The front measures 1 3/8" at the opening and the inside circumference is 6 3/4" including the opening. Cuffs are flexible so easily go on and off. Will fit a medium to larger wrist. Designed by Harald Nielson, a heavy sterling cuff that weighs 56 grams. The inner diameter measures 2.48 inches, and at its widest point measures 1-1/2". It is marked on both ends. On one side is Jensen round logo 55 and on the other end 925S Denmark. Light wear.

This is a wonderfully executed figural ring depicting a man in a turban with snakes on either side, made of sterling silver and decorated by a 5 millimeter round fire opal. The hall mark is a bell within a bell. The ring is size 6 1/4 and it can be sized.

An early Los Castillo design and very much in keeping with the 1940s' love for sweeping flourishes this set of earrings, carefully hand-cut, overlaid and oxidized will add just the right amount of festive spirit to your outfit. Bold and confident, the swirls seem to twist upon themselves in excitement and then reach high up for the skies with abandonment. Got to love the Los Castillo and the myriad ways in which they still make our day...

Matching silver necklace and bracelet in large repetitive waves of acid-etched links, c.1950's. This modernist design has a hint of deco and is quite heavy, weighing a total of 4 1/2 troy oz. The bracelet is quite generous in size measuring 1 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" long with 19 curled links folding into each other...

The pendant is composed of two hand-wrought flat pieces of sterling silver formed into an oval with three applied silver beads on one side. An irregular-shaped piece of polished moss agate, mounted in a sterling bezel, dangles in the center. The entire pendant is suspended from a substantial sterling chain of forged wire. One of the forged links near the hook clasp bears a crown with a W above; another link is marked with an overstruck W. Two of the links indicate sterling. The necklace measures...
