Superb Necklace by the famous Fred Davis featuring cabochon Amethyst stones set at the center of round silver links alternating with silver links in a shield shape. One of his most iconic designs, it measures 16 1/2" long by 7/8" wide. Hallmarked on one link with the FD mono along with "Silver" on a second links and "Made in Mexico" on a third. Good condition with light wear and tarnish, stones have the typical inclusions (one stone has a very small surface chip on the stone's reverse...

An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. May be a stylized leaf or feather. Measures 2" long and 1" at the widest. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. There is an area along the darkened edge that is textured, not sure if that is original or wear. Nice contrast of polished and darkened sterling. Interesting three dimensional feel.

This bracelet is made of six linked stylized flowers alternating with bars decorated with incised circular elements. The flower 'petals' are actually formed as coffee beans. The box clasp is secure, as are the connections between each flower. There is an Iguala/Mexico/925diamond-shaped mark on the back of the clasp with the unidentified maker’s initials, which look like EHP but may actually be EMB according to the third edition of Bille Hougart's book of Mexican maker's marks...

American modernist sterling cuff bracelet made by Frank Miraglia, c.1950s. The cuff is in excellent condition and measures 2" wide.

I am partial to long chain necklaces - irrespective of origin and style I am attracted to them and love to wear them. Provided, of course, they are older… The thick twist-rope example offered here is, I believe, a US-made piece; the hallmark looks familiar, I know I have encountered it before but right now I just can’t identify the maker...

Circa mid-century, this Antonio Pineda bracelet features ten oval moonstone cabochons nestled between ten curved silver panels.

This is a chunky modernist piece executed in almost pure 97% silver. The moonstones are magnificent, exhibiting a beautiful blue adularescence when the light hits it. It has a seamless appearance when closed, as the push button for the clasp is topped with a moonstone.

Measures a closed, wearable length of just over 7" and a width of 5/8"...

This Los Ballesteros bracelet measures 6 3/4" ( inner circumference), 1 1/8" wide and 110.7 grams. (3.2) troy ounces. Excellent condition except for a couple of small dents to the clasp end half moon segment. Clasp closes tightly.

A whimsical hammered sterling silver brooch or pendant depicting a fish by the noted Taxco silver smith, Cecilia. Also marked Toño, Pietra Artistica, Hecho en Mexico, Eagle #3, Taxco Sterling, 925, and design number 489. Has a dark green round cabochon in the center and raised green stones in the eye and fins. This large Native American Ring is a size 6. It features sawtooth, bezel-set coral and turquoise on sterling silver with a floral "background." It measures just under 2" x just under 1" x 1/4". The shank has been cut (see pictures). It is in excellent condition.

Choice of two modernist cast sterling silver brooches; one in a stylized bird design and the other in a stylized scorpion design with a pearl by noted Mid Century silversmith Christian Schmidt, (1926-1974). They are both signed with his stylized 'S' hallmark and Sterling. May purchase individually or as a pair.

The 'bird' measures 2" long and 1" across. Has a three dimensional curved design. Interesting contrast of dark textured patina on the sides and polished surfaces on the top...

This geometric openwork pin depicting snakelike creatures is distinguished by its design, which draws from ancient Mexican imagery. The pin is sturdily made and has a secure C-clasp. It is unsigned but stamped on the back Taxco 980, which indicates a higher-than-sterling silver content. It likely dates from the 1940s-50s. The metal exhibits a very strong test for sterling silver and exhibits a nice patina from age. The pin measures a little over 2 ¼ inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide...

Beautiful and unusual this extraordinary clamper is 980 silver (almost pure). The weight is 80 grams heavy. The wearable diameter is 2.5in. which fits most. The height is 2.5in. Hallmarked as shown with no damage.

Enrique Ledesma is famous for his stone to the silver inlays and remember this was before laser technology. In this necklace there is a large Agate with the bands ranging from browns to reds. Don't be afraid of the necklace band that goes around the neck as it does not flip up. There are two hinges on the sides and the curve is masterfully sculpted. The wearable is around 17in. and the diameter is 5 inches...

A vintage brutalist ring in sterling silver with turquoise and coral cabochons. Measures about a size 10 1/2. Face measures 1 5/8" long and 1 1/8" across. Could be Native American or a studio piece. Fine condition. Heavy and substantial.

Circa mid-century, this is a killer bracelet from Margot de Taxco. In absolutely pristine collector quality condition, complete with all nine charms.

It's a book-piece design shown on p. 63 of Penny C. Morrill's "Margot Van Voorhies : The Art of Mexican Enamelwork". The cherubs are highly detailed, with exquisite repoussé silver work.

Measures a closed, wearable length of 7 1/16". Width is 2 1/16".
