Gorgeous deep red Mediterranean coral tear drop stones and center pearl in this sterling ring by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. It is a size 6 and sits about 3/4" high from the finger when on. Weighing 10 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed as shown. His work is increasingly harder to find since it is highly collected. A spectacular ring.

RARE OFFERING:Presented for sale is a historic place card holder for James Hagerty at a meeting between President Eisenhower and Lopez Mateos in the Hotel El Mirador on Feb.19,1959, hand made by Los Castillo, Mexico,1959. Hagerty was the Press Secretary for Pres. Eisenhower. The placard reads:"CENA PRESIDENTES LOPEZ MATEOS-EISENHOWER EN EL HOTEL EL MIRADOR ACAPULCO,GRO. 2-19-59 SR.JAMES C.HAGERTY". Rare sterling silver cuff bracelet set with 2 obsidian stones designed and signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Front panel is 1 1/2" high. Inside measures 5 1/2" from end to end. The opening gap is 1 1/2" wide. Will fit up to a 7 inch wrist. Weighs 70 grams, 2.5 oz. Beautiful condition with no dents or dings. Beto has shown us quality plus original designs to everything that I have seen. His work was always made with thick silver and this set has a total weight is 93 grams heavy. Every link in this set is 6/16th of an inch tall and 1.75in.across. The length is 15in. plus with the necklace built on a curve it adds a bit more length. The stones are barrel cut and they are darker than they appear in most of the photos. No chips or damage to any part of this well loved and cared for grouping...

Signed Los Castillo and constructed with thick silver weighing 84 grams. The repousse is beautifully fashioned with flowing curls and beaded sides and a dark natural patina. This clamper bracelet is design 250 with the artist being Margot Van Voorhies before her divorce to Antonio Castillo. The presence is stunning with a height of 2.5 inches. Fits most with an inner diameter of 2 3/8th inches. No dents, strong spring and no repairs. One of the very best from the Spratling era.

A gorgeous pair of sterling clip back earrings with wire wrapped blue topaz stones by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. They measure 1 1/4" by 1 1/8"and weigh 18 grams total. The cabochon blue topaz is slightly darker than the camera captures and these stones are free of chips or cracks. Fine original condition and signed as shown. It has become almost impossible to find a pair of Fred Skaggs earrings with stones for sale. They seem to have all gone into the hands of collectors and not come out...

Lovely vintage sterling triangle link necklace number 319 designed by Bent Gabrielsen in the 60's for the Hans Hansen company. It measures 15" long and the links are 1" by 1/2". The clasp is an invisible hook, so the necklace looks continuous when on the neck. It is in fine original condition and weighs 74 grams. Signed as shown. This will become your go to necklace. Wear it with anything and go anywhere, with style.

Figural sterling snail pin by famous NYC modernist Bill Tendler(1924-1981), c.1955. Snail has original oxydized finish with applied silver dimensional coiled shell measures 1 3/4" wide by 1" long. Of good weight, pin is signed "TENDLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. Pair of beautifully hand made sterling ash trays by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1931. The design has 5 crimped edges each with a silver ball. Each measures 4" in diameter and is signed with appropriate marks. Excellent condition.....$17 for insured US shipping.

A modernist pendant by the noted NYC jeweler, Paul Lobel. This pendant is made of twisted sterling silver wire ending with a exaggerated prong set clear orb. The orb can spin around in the 'cage'. Signed on the back, LOBEL, Sterling. Has a wonderfully darkened patina. There is a small scratch on the ring that attaches to the bale.

The pendant measures 2" at the widest and 3 1/4" high including the bale.

Large pendent of amber from the west coast of Denmark, of irregular tridimensional rhombus shape. Made by simply polishing a lump of amber! It has the best deep honey color with some more intense red spots. It comes with a silver necklace. We have a Matl Salas, gold wash, and snake bracelet to match a Matl snake necklace also listed on our site. The length is 8in. long but fits like a 7 in. bracelet because of it's width of .75in. and depth of the weave. The hallmark shown has a worn S and M and is also photographed on it's curved surface. These snakes are a time consuming work as they are hand woven with silver wire. All coils are present and beautifully spaced. The weight is 76 grams heavy.
