With articulated detail & dimension this exceptional 980 sterling silver piece was designed & signed circa 1930's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). For nearly eight decades the Cini signature has meant original handcrafted, heirloom jewelry. News spread quickly that the Florentine artisan had great skill and imagination in creating new jewelry designs. Before long his creations attracted the attention of the most discerning buyers throughout the nation.

This is a beautifully executed, thick silver bracelet that is 1in. wide on the side panels. The piece weighs 29.7 grams and has an airy cut out design and features an amethyst cabachon. It is slightly sizable and fits a 6.5in. to a 7in. the best. Marked Silver Mexico which dates the piece to pre-1948. This example of early Taxco silver work is a classic and displays an aura of elegance to those who gaze upon it.

Sterling and onyx Mayan face pin by Fred Davis, Mexico, c.1947. Davis managed Sanborn's for 20 years during this period. See pg. 23 of The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks. Since this is a classic Fred Davis design, this is his work. It is signed "22(Sanborn's bellmark number) MEXICO STERLING" and is in excellent condition. It measures 1 9/16" wide by 1 1/8" high. This A. Katz CoroCraft duette is called "Bill & Coo".

This famous duette has 2 bluebirds perched on 2 flowering grapevines. The birds are hand painted with enamel colors. All of the crystals have been faceted by hand. The birds are 3 dimensional giving you the sight of 2 wings on each bird. Each bird measures 1.75" high and 1.35" wide. The duette measures a total of 1.75" high and 2.75" wide.

Vintage, stylish, organic shaped sterling clip earrings with oxidized areas by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. Measuring 1 1/2" by 1 1/4", they weigh 11 grams total and are in fine original condition. Signed as shown. Interesting and unusual.

A vintage sterling silver bangle bracelet by American Modernist jeweler, Ronald Hayes Pearson with a curved and angled design. Can be worn with the curves facing front or sideways.

Measures between 8 and 8 1/2" around the inside. Measures 2 1/2" in diameter and 1/2" at the widest. Hard to get an exact measurement due to the curves. Slides onto my average size wrist easily.

Measure 1 1/4" across and 1 1/2" high including the screw back. Marked on the back of one screw back with the conjoined WS and Spratling Made in Mexico. The other has Spratling Silver on the back. Screw backs hold securely. Have some tarnish and minor scratches...

We have a Coral Matl for your consideration. Made with early hallmarks in the 1930's and is a beautiful orange red in color that has warmed with age. This one is with all 5 strands and silver beads dispersed and is approximately 3 inches thick when all strands are close together. The wearable length is 18 inches. long. The medallions are 1.25 inch squares with coral stones seated within. The stones are also brought to view in the same manor on the clasp. All with a wonderful natural patina...
