Composed of flattened, interwoven strips of sterling silver and set with an amber in a square bezel mount, this pin is a piece of quality workmanship and classic design. The back has a secure rollover clasp and bears a maker’s mark of Strazdins, attributed to Alvis Stradzins, a jeweler in Wilton, WI. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches long by 1 ½ inches wide.

Lovely big statement flower form brooch hand made by Pono Italy in very finely made art plastic "moonglow" mother of pearl Lucite with variegated color in very pale blue with a glass bead and stitching in the center, and a leather back. Marked PONO. Nice size -- 2 7/8 inches in diameter. Excellent condition. The tiny red spot on the back is in the plastic. Photos enlarged to show detail.

Another Georg Jensen classic piece, this brooch, no 20, has a diameter of 1.75in (4.5cm). Bought in 1983, the brooch is in excellent condition. Truly a classic.

Northwest coast sterling raven brooch with gemstone eye, gold chains and twisted wire, signed on back with artist initials, 1990 and 91/100, indicating a limited edition. Measures 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" high including hanging chains. Has functioning safety catch. Cast sterling head of a raven, in classic Northwest coast design, possibly Haida, very refined form with good detail, an inset cabochon stone for an eye, appears to be an agate or quartz, the attached chains are gold, as is the twist...

Fabulous 1980s brooch by Butler & Wilson depicting Jazz Age icon Josephine Baker in silvertone metal with rhinestones in clear, black, red, green, and blue. Marked B&W. Gorgeous signed Valentino large brooch in Byzantine style, mounted in goldtone metal,with baroque glass based faux pearl cabochons and poured glass cabochon stones by the French maker Gripoix, two in dark red, one in green, and one in a very dark blue. Marked with the Valentino logo of a V and copyright symbol. I've attached it as an enhancer to two gorgeous vintage 1980s necklaces, one with very big double freshwater pearls, and one with very big more rounded freshwater pearls...

A wonderful brooch from the Lagerfeld vegetable collection. Four poured green glass peas fill each of the three matte gold, gilt metal, beautifully articulated pea pods. The pin measures 3 1/2" (9.3 cm) long by 1 3/4" (4.8 cm) deep. The pin is signed on the back with the KL logo. It is in pristine condition. A beautiful addition to any Lagerfeld garden.
