Composed of flattened, interwoven strips of sterling silver and set with an amber in a square bezel mount, this pin is a piece of quality workmanship and classic design. The back has a secure rollover clasp and bears a maker’s mark of Strazdins, attributed to Alvis Stradzins, a jeweler in Wilton, WI. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches long by 1 ½ inches wide.

Features a piece of amber carved and polished in the shape of a blossom, surmounting a sterling silver stem with vines and leaves. A small bud is represented by an amber bead. The pin stem is marked 925, indicating a possible European origin or maker, as European makers usually marked the pin stems. The rollover clasp is in good working order. The pin measures 2 ¾ inches long by 5/8 inch wide at the blossom.
This pin is a late 20th century rendition of a traditional Russian balalaika composed of sterling silver strings and fittings on a triangular piece of amber. The neck has a layer of what looks like pressed wood to serve as the fingerboard. There is a mark for sterling on the back of the frame and what are probably the maker’s initials of SP; the Polish mark for sterling, 1986 to the present, is on the pin stem...

A wonderful brooch from the Lagerfeld vegetable collection. Four poured green glass peas fill each of the three matte gold, gilt metal, beautifully articulated pea pods. The pin measures 3 1/2" (9.3 cm) long by 1 3/4" (4.8 cm) deep.
The pin is signed on the back with the KL logo.

Fabulous 1980s brooch by Butler & Wilson depicting Jazz Age icon Josephine Baker in silvertone metal with rhinestones in clear, black, red, green, and blue. Marked B&W.
