From the Regent Works, Longton, Staffordshire, we offer this set of 12 Royal Crown Chelsea plates. Each plate has a soft yellow center. The border is gold encrusted and features alternating designs of raised aqua blue and gold enamel squares and double pink roses. The plates are 9 3/4 inches in diameter. Pair English Porcelain Plates, early 1900's, 9" diameter, Pink and Red Peony Flowering trees in the rock garden in the center, transfer design with raised enamel painted over the glaze in some areas, and cobalt blue color of leaves finished with gold lines over the glaze. They will make a very nice display cabinet plates. Impressed mark on the bottom but could not read clearly. The condition is good, no damages.
