A White Ceramic Inkwell with Brass Mounting
Handled plate in the "Willow Ware" pattern by the Royal China Co. of East Liverpool, Ohio. The mark dates the plate to 1949-1960. Mint condition. 8-1/8" diam. including handles.
Excellent squat Rookwood vase with raised decoration featuring large three-leaf clovers and flowers. The flowers, particularly, are molded in fairy high relief, so that the glaze is thinner over the tips of the petals, creating lovely shading. The glaze is shiny, but with an orange peel texture, and is colored a medium chocolate brown...
Two small vessels by well known American studio potter Tom Turner (currently living and working in North Carolina.) These two pieces are tenmoku glazed and are hand thrown in porcelain (Tom Turner is acknowledged as an American master in this medium). Both are signed by the artist. In excellent condition.
Pair Roseville candlesticks Style #1134. What makes these different from virtually all other Roseville pieces is that they show the iris blooms in the normal three dimentional shape, rising up from the base. The blooms are white tinged with a pinkish lavender and bits of yellow. They measure 3 1/2" tall x 4" wide and are in excellent condition.
Roseville Futura jardinaire measuring 10" x 14 3/4" wide, this grey outside with pink leaves is in perfect condition. The inside has some water stains as it was used for plants, but it is otherwise perfect original condition.
An Art Pottery Pitcher, Possibly by Weller; Tall Cylinder Form with Molded Base with a Green and Brown Drip Glaze. Dimensions 12" high x 6" at base; early 20th century. Excellent condition.
This fine china is the American Franciscan Ivy pattern. The dinner plate is 10 3/8" in diameter, embossed, and hand-painted under glaze. It was made by the Gladding, McBean & Company circa 1948
One dinner plate shows very little crazing and the other shows the crazing in the bottom of the plate. Pictures 2 and 3 show the back stamps for each of these plates. These plates retail for $29.95 each.
