This porcelain figurine of a pair of falcons was produced in Germany by Karl Ens Volkstedt in the 1950s. It measures 10 1/2 inches high and 8 3/4 inches long. They are well modeled with excellent detail. See how their eyes, beaks and talons are defined. They are hand painted in natural colors. They appear to be a mated pair on the watch for prey. These four Minton Gold Ancestral dessert plates (#S 595) are quite handsome indeed. Each are marked on the back and also each has the Minton imprint. The brown-red transfer decoration of flowers and leaves is painted with turquoise and pink enamel to accent the flowers. Each plate is trimmed in gold and is in excellent condition. This porcelain covered box was produced in Hungary by Herend between 1950 and 1970. It has an artist’s signature on the bottom. The diameter of the box is 4 1/2 inches and it is 3 3/4 inches high. The box stands on three scrolled feet. It is made of fine, white hard paste porcelain with a high glaze finish. The painting on the lid and sides are delightful. There are fruits, vegetables and flowers hand painted with brightly colored enamels...

This extraordinary and sensuous ceramic sculpture depicts a muscular young man embracing an exaggerated grape cluster. "Drunken Young Man", by Kai Nielsen for Bing & Gröndahl in Copenhagen. This sculpture was one of a series known as "Vinhosten" issued in 1912. Absolutely stunning and in mint condition. It measures 4½" (10.5cm). On the underside is incised KAI NIELSEN, 12, impressed is KOBENHAVN, B & G, the insignia of three houses. Impressed is 4024, 51C. Painted in black is Ø.775.

These 11 porcelain plates were produced in Bavaria by C.M. Hutschenreuther between 1927 and 1941. Black Knight is the registered trade mark used by the exporter Graham & Zenger of New York. The plates measure 9 7/8 inches inches in diameter. They are decorated with a factory transfer with hand painted accents. They are surrounded by fine, lacy gilding of tiny vines and flowers. Bands of embossed gilding trim the rims and around the center of the plates...

These Bread and Butter Plates are 6 3/8" in diameter.

This really pretty Dresden Duchess 8 1/8 Inch Pie Server was made by Harker China. This Pie Server is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Two stoneware tiles from the “Fritte” range, designed by Aldo Londi and produced by Bitossi in the 1950s for Illums Bolighus, famous design department store in Copenhagen. Impressed fish motif with fused glass – Italian “fritte” – one in Rimini Blu, the other a light olive green. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of Bitossi. Both tiles marked Illums Bolighus and 715 B (one) and 724A (the other)...

Three small dishes in a soft leaflike shape, in the white and very thinly glazed. From the Revernay pottery (founded in a village with that name around 1900 and moved to Vallauris in southern France after WWII). Many avantgarde ceramists who worked in modernist style – one of them being Picasso – gathered in Vallauris in the 50s and 60s. Width "3 / 7.5 cm. Condition: rim frits to one dish (cf. pics).

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. The set is decorated with brightly colored flowers, realistically hand painted. The flowers on both pieces match. There is gold trim on the rims. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

Hummel Little Hiker was first modeled by sculptor Arthur Moeller. It has been withdrawn from U. S. market since 2002.

An exceptional example of the work of Ingrid and Erich Triller. This vase measures 5" tall and is 3" in diameter. On the underside is painted Triller and Tobo. The glaze is a complex of blue/grey. Mint condition.

The salad plates are 7 7/8" in diameter. They have pink roses, gray leaves and smooth rims with gold border.

This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl Copenhagen between 1951 and 1960. It has the model number 2095. It is 6 1/4 inches high and 8 1/4 inches long. He is well modeled with all of the requirements of this breed of dog. He is hand painted and has a high gloss glaze. He would make a fine addition to any dog collection. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

English Staffordshire small Copper Luster Porcelain Creamer, 2 1/8" high, 2 3/4" wide with handle included, and Maple leaf design in copper luster color, stamped "Ters Hanley, England" in green and impressed marks, and pearl luster glaze inside around the rim. The condition is good, no damage.

Aldo Londi for Bitossi: a circular stoneware bowl, covered all over with Lava glaze, full of “volcanic” effects in intense shades of yellowish-green and orange. This pattern is also seen in vases, boxes etc. from Bitossi. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of this renown Italian ceramic company. Marked 3030/564 (?) and Italy. Diameter "8 ½ / 21.5 cm, height "1 ¾ / 4.5 cm. Condition: fine.

An impressive Art Déco period ceramic mantel clock set, marble glazed. From the 1920’s, French or Belgian, unmarked. Width of centre piece " 12 ½ / 32 cm, height of side pieces "6 ½ / 17 cm.
