Handwrought servers with allover spot hammering; an applied flattened ball at the end terminal of the handles; hammered bowl and tines. A nice sterling silver double jigger, the bell-shaped cups joined by a spherical holder, by Graff, Washbourne and Dunn. This New York maker was known for the high quality of its smaller wares such as this. The company closed in 1961, but the generous weight of this jigger suggests an earlier date.

Being offered is a superb circa 1960s sterling silver champagne/wine/ice bucket made by Tane Silversmiths (the Tiffany of Mexico) of Mexico City, Mexico. A heavy gauge ice bucket decorated with hand chased Aztec - pre-Columbian motifs; with carved turquoise warrior mask motifs at opposite sides. Dimensions: 8 inches tall by 8 1/4 inches diameter. Marked. In excellent condition. Weight a hefty 47 ozs.

A set of six sterling silver coffee spoons by Asprey & Co. Each spoon has a brownish-black bakelite “coffee bean”—a decorative device popular in England during the Art Deco period. Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Asprey, 1931. The spoons are presented in their original silk- and velvet-lined fitted box, the lid of which is imprinted “Asprey/166 Bond St/London”.
