Being offered is a rare and special circa 1940 sterling silver bowl by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico. Handwrought bowl with allover spot hammering; fluted rim. Perfect for olives, nuts, guacomole etc. Dimensions: 4 1/2 inches diameter by 2 1/2 inches tall. Marked as illustrated in photo. In excellent condition. Weight 10 oz.

Circa 1960's-70's, this Matl jeweled cross produced by Ricardo sits on a pedestal and is a hand-wrought work of art.
Ricardo Salas worked with his aunt, Matilde Poulat. After her death in 1960 he continued producing her designs, as well as his own. After 1980, Matl Salas pieces were also marked with MS-12. This cross pre-dates that mark.

This American sterling silver baby food pusher has a simple design as much in style today as it was at the turn of the century. The outside of the handle is monogrammed with E.R.C., inside handle base stamped with maker's mark, R W & S and STERLING; Measurements-handle 3.50 inches long, the blade measures 2 inches across. Six sterling silver demitasse spoons in a classic pattern featuring a gadrooned edge. The backs of the bowls are fully hallmarked for Chester, 1923. The maker's mark is "S.I. Ld.".

A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Gorham, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red meant to signify "go," "caution," and "stop." Each light corresponds to the 1, 2-1/2, and 3-1/2 ounce markings on the jigger's bottom. The bottom is hallmarked by Gorham.

Condition: excellent. No dings. The enamel stoplights have excellent color. The jigger has been professionally polished.

A vintage mid century modernist dish by William Spratling with four Rosewood feet.
Measures 1 1/8" high and 3 5/8" across. Marked with the conjoined Script 'WS' and Eagle #63. These were the marks used between 1965-67. In good condition, has some tarnish and very minor dings to the body that can mostly be seen from the underside. There are some minor crimps to some of the edges. The wood feet are in very nice condition.

A wonderful heavy sterling silver double jigger by modernist silversmith Alphonse La Paglia. The two tapered vessels are joined by a series of silver spheres and rings that are reportedly intended to represent flower bulbs and roots. The overall appearance is severe and very elegant. La Paglia originally worked in the U.S. for Georg Jensen USA, then at International Silver beginning in 1952 until his death the following year. His designs were produced until 1957...
Beautiful and good sized mother-of-pearl creamer by Los Castillo, Mexico ,c.1945. Classic and graceful design, with MOP covering the outside and a silver plate handle and inside. Pre Assay piano hinge silver pill or stamp box stamped and marked: Silver Made in Mexico. Applied ethnographic feather like design and a bezel set 7mm amethyst cab. 21 grams and could be higher than sterling. 1 1/8" X 1 3/4". While it has a nice vintage outer patina, the inside is very "white", as if when rec'd it was put away for decades and the inside never saw the light of day...
A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger, the rim ornately engraved “Only A Thimble Full.” The workmanship is very good and the engraving among the nicest we’ve seen. Marked only “Sterling,” it was likely made by either Thomae or Webster.

Vintage sterling silver figural jigger in the form of a jigger by Towle. The rim is engraved “Just a thimbleful.” Thimble jiggers became popular in the late Victorian era and remained so through the mid-20th century. The base is hallmarked by Towle.
