A Grenfell flying Canada geese 23" x 15" hooked mat wall hanging with label from the 1920s-30s. This fine and vintage beauty depicts two flying Canada geese over green and tan pine trees. It has the fine work typical of Grenfell with the expected mix of various fabrics. The colours include tan, brown, cream, black, grey and copper and it has the original Grenfell Labrador Industries red on white sewn label on the underside...

Beautiful red and white sunbonnet quilt, c.1930's. There are 18 sunbonnets girls and the quilt measures 68" by 90". The fabric seems to be a sort of rayon, perhaps, as it has a sheen. The all around red scalloped edging is 4 1/2" wide and the backing is all white. There are some light brown stains around on one of the sunbonnets(see photo). Otherwise, excellent condition. Wonderful birds, stars, and flowers patterned coverlet of wool and cotton hand woven in two sections and signed "MADE BY D.SNYDER HANOVER TOWNSCHIP NOR T.CO 1840" and is signed on the four corners with fringed edges. The coverlet has birds on three side and flowers on one side. The colors are red, blue, and mustard on an off white background. This purse was purchased from a very fine estate sale, and the quality of this Judith Jack purse reflects the sale from which it came. The marquisite (pyrite) is "grade A" mined in South America. The stones are hand set in sterling silver. The design and craftsmanship are superb. The lining repeatedly presents Judith Jack's name. The metal cartouche says "Judith Jack, made in Italy." Purse is 5 1/2" by 4 5/8". 1 1/2" front to back. Beaded chain is 11 1/2" end to end.

Lovely vintage Saint Lawrence seal (not seal but type of deep woods animal) fur cape with fold-over collar that extends to create slit pockets, held together with one fur hook and a beautiful detailed silhouette featuring fully lined pink doupioni silk, monogrammed, Wilhelm's Albany label, circa 1930. DESCRIPTION: Great reversible pattern Pendleton blanket with horizontal rows of red, orange and white chevrons. The background is dark green on one side and grey on the reverse, edged with a dark red crisscross fringe on all sides. Perfectly sized for either a twin bed blanket or a wearable wrap. Pendleton label, late 1900s, good condition with no holes or tears. DIMENSIONS: 67" x 70" + 6" fringe.
