A tightly hooked rug, American, perhaps Amish, from the 1930’s. Wool on burlap with hand attached black cotton backing. 29 inches long by 22 inches wide. The unusual free hand pattern shows black stars with pale blue crosses in an integrated geometric pattern.

Condition: Overall excellent condition with one professional darned repair on the border between one star and cross (see close up image)...

A set of six sterling silver coffee spoons by Asprey & Co. Each spoon has a brownish-black bakelite “coffee bean”—a decorative device popular in England during the Art Deco period. Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Asprey, 1931. The spoons are presented in their original silk- and velvet-lined fitted box, the lid of which is imprinted “Asprey/166 Bond St/London”.

Origin: England, 1931. Condition: excellent, all original, no monograms. Size: 3-7/8” long. Weight: 43.0 grams.

CUP and SAUCER
This is a really pretty depression glass topaz yellow Princess tea or coffee Cup and Saucer made by Hocking Glass from 1931 to 1934. This Cup measures 3 1/2 inches across the top. The Saucer (which is the dessert plate used as the saucer) measures 5 5/8 inches across. Both the Cup and Saucer are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches.
