George V sterling silver box. Made by Henry Matthews in Birmingham in 1930. Rectangular with straight sides. Corner posts on ball support. Cover flat and hinged; on top horizontal engine-turned bands bordered by plain and wraparound engine-turned bands. Sides same with plain borders. Box interior wood-lined and partitioned. Open leather-lined bottom. Fully marked. Good condition.

This is a really pretty crystal clear Rose Point Cheese and Cracker 2 Piece Set made by Cambridge Glass. This cheese comport measures 6 inches, the handled cracker plate measures 11 1/2 inches without the handles. This early American Pattern Glass toothpick holder was made by McKee in 1904. It is 3 5/8" tall and not hallmarked. This pattern is called Peek-A-Boo or Cherub because it has 2 naked babies holding up a barrel (8 panel)

Reference : Glass Toothpick Holders by Bredehoft and Samford 2nd edition, page 128.- The newer ones made after 1940 have a cupped and stippled base.

A fantastic figural sterling silver and stag horn graduated jigger, each cup in the form of a whisky barrel. The barrels are fully detailed with engraved staves, raised hoops, and bung holes.
