Japanese porcelain high footed dish in the form of a late 17th century Nabeshima dish. This one is a fairly straight forward copy of one of a set of dishes at the Tokyo Museum depicting an old cherry tree with abundant blossoms, proably made sometime in the 20th century. Underglaze blue and overglaze enamels. 10 inches (25.5 cm) diameter and 2 7/8 inches (7.5 cm) tall.

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs.

This is a really nice Frosted Glass Line Number 750 Basket made by Westmoreland Glass. This Basket measures 6 3/4 inches high to top of handle. It is signed WG on the bottom and features the Flying Pheasant Game Bird decoration. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Pheasant decoration is very good. A witty pair of Art Deco silverplate jiggers, the smaller (1.5 oz) decorated with a hand with one finger upraised and the larger (2.0 oz) with two fingers. The jiggers are heavy and well-made. The jiggers nest together perfectly.

Origin: America, ca. 1940. Condition: excellent, original plating completely intact. Size: 2-5/8” and 3” tall.

This is a real vintage art glass vase. It is very elegant. It was designed by Edward Hald. It was made in Sweden in 1936.

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this vase. However, there is a scratch about 1 3/4" on the side of the vase and a few others from use. It is not as clear as I would like it to be.

A beautiful and very detailed woodblock print by Japanese artist Ohara Koson (1877-1945) of two herons standing in water with leaves and branches in the background, slightly obscuring the view of a bright crescent moon amongst a beautiful night sky, fading from darker tone blues into icy tones. The herons' feathers are actually embossed into the woodblock and have many other detailed features, such as the scales and claws of their feet and the gleam in their eyes...

An elegant Art Deco ruby glass cocktail shaker with sterling silver overlay in a grapevine pattern. The glass has a very intense ruby coloring, and the bottom has a polished pontil-a reliable sign of quality glass. Each side of the shaker is enhanced with a stylized grapevine motif worked in sterling silver overlay. The shaker is finished with a chrome-plated top.
