Vintage East Indian altar shrine, made from brass with copper nails. The step base leads into the shrine with embossed tree panels behind four pillars. The top of the structure has two peacock shaped finials. Openwork repeating patterns and floral motifs are shown throughout.

Mughal Iron and Silver Lotus shaped serving tray one of the most unique tray we have seen . The tray seems to be iron the entire tray front back and all edges are inlaid . The back rim has not been cleaned but matches all the other inlay on the back. The tray has the most incredible workmanship the body being somewhat thin and the edges are nearly a weapon being almost knife edged. There is wear in the center and a few bumps to the corners. Size just under 11.5" square under .5 "
Persian Heriz hand knotted wool carpet, room size 9' x 12 1/2' Ca. 1950's, beautiful reddish geometric design in the center bordered by dark blue background, typical Heriz design, the condition is good, nice soft wool touch on the surface and very clean and no major damages.

DESCRIPTION: A semi-antique wool Karaja runner with very good color, mostly in red with teal blue, white & black accents. Seven central medallions (a characteristic of Karaja rugs) are surrounded with a wide border having intricate designs. Karaja is the home of some of the finest runners made in Iran of which this is a good example. This hand-knotted carpet is in good condition with ample pile that will give years of service. DIMENSIONS: 3'9” wide x 11'6” long.

Kushan Islamic turquoise blue glazed oil lamp with elongated spout, pad base, tall neck and flared rim. The lamp measures 5 ins. in length. The turquoise glaze has a black design detail and a wonderful iridescent surface. The top of the rim chipped, superb color and glaze, and overall a very fine example old restoration and reconstruction as is usual with pottery of this kind. Provenance purchased in Iran in 1968 please see image showing copy of original purchase invoice.
