Turn-of-the-century Silberiris glass vase by Loetz with engraved silver overlay. Ovoid with impressed shoulder and molten-style irregular turned-down rim. Overlay in form of whiplash tendrils and loose and fluid blooms. Glass iridescent in purple, yellow, and green with a few glimpses of blue. Gorgeous Art Nouveau with nice shimmer. Silver marked “Sterling” with La Pierre maker’s stamp. Very good condition.

Art Deco bronze urn: $44,000, reduced to $38,000 This Art Deco bronze figurative planter (jardiniere), circa 1920, measures 55" in height, 36" across (elbow to elbow), 18" deep.  caste bronze, 150-250 lb. This work was the combined effort of two French sculptors; Pierre Lenoir and Marcel Guillard (1896 - 1932). Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau glass vase with engraved silver overlay. Elongated baluster with flared rim and raised foot. Overlay in form of budding and blooming tulips with entwined and whiplash tendrils. On foot is scrolled cartouche engraved with scroll-letter C between the years 1880 and 1905. Glass is green. Silver has faint marks including La Pierre maker's stamp. Very good condition.

Art Nouveau red glass cologne bottle with engraved silver overlay. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1886. Globular with short neck and flat everted rim. Stopper globular. Tight and dense overlay with flower heads and rolling scrolls. Scalloped borders. Scrolled cartouche with interlaced script monogram. Glass red except stopper plug, which is clear. Fully marked including patent year 1886 and no. S682. Very good condition with deep patina.

Japonesque sterling silver inkwell. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1882. Drum form with curved shoulder, short neck, and hinged and cork-lined bayonet cover. Leaves and tendrils and butterflies, too, applied to honeycomb hand-hammered ground. Bonus bug (a modish beetle) on cover. Interior glass lined. Fully marked including pattern no. 6771 (first produced in 1882), director’s letter M (1873-91), and phrase “Sterling-Silver”. Excellent condition and patina.
