This is a great example of the British-Australian sword bayonet (Mark I), which was designed to be used with the short magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) rifle. The Pattern 1907 bayonet was used by the British and Commonwealth forces during the First and Second World Wars.

This particular bayonet was manufactured in Australia during WWII for the No.1 MkIII Enfield rifle. It is commonly known as the SHT.LE, SMLE, S.M.L.E., "Smelly" etc...

Antique 19th-century Mongolian dagger-knife with a slightly curved single-edged–fullered, sturdy blade.

The slender hilt consists of ox-horn grip scales enclosed by brass straps, a brass pommel, ferrule, and rosettes. The pommel is affixed with an iron ring for suspension. The dagger comes with its original hand-stitched leather scabbard.
