A rare and most unusual 17th Century excavated Burmese Bronze Buddha with elaborate Crown and Décor subduing Mara, seated on a pedestal. Naturally formed patina. Good condition, no damage or restoration whatsoever. Size: 12 cm x 7.5 cm (4.75" x 3").

A beautiful and rare excavated 17th Century Burmese Bronze Ganesh holding 4 objects in his hands and with a cobra snake hanging from his right shoulder and encircling his torso and back. The Ganesha is wearing a beautifully adorned garment around his waist. Naturally formed patina and some soil remnants are present. Excellent condition as well preserved in the earth cache. Size: height 15 cm x 8 cm (6" x 3.25")

A large and very beautiful 18th Century Shan State Brass Buddha subduing Mara. This type of Buddha was mostly made of wood, lacquer and papier maché, brass is indeed very seldomly found, thus rare. A fine and rare MING DYNASTY JARLET with craquelé light brown glaze and splashes of blue and white glaze here and there. The base is also glazed except for the resting ring on the base. Found in the MUSI RIVER, close to Palembang City, which was the Capital of the SRIVIJAYA KNGDOM and which had a vast trade network with China and Siam. A rarely offered MING DYNASTY, WANLI REIGN (1573-1619) DUCAI Porcelain Bowl depicting two 5-clawed IMPERIAL DRAGONS on the exterior, one red and the other blue, chasing the Pearl amongst clouds, fire and above Lishui waves and rocks. A rare and beautiful Japanese KOZUKA KNIFE HANDLE of a by-knife that is part of a sword mounting. It is kept in a slot on the reverse side of a Kattana Scabbard, often with a matching Kogai. It depicts the Gatekeepers arm-wrestling, EDO PERIOD (1603-1868). Shakudo alloy with GOLD decorated appliqué of the Guardian Kings AGYO and UNGYO. Size: 9.5 cm x 1.4 cm.
