A beautiful and well preserved Thai Manuscript illustrated with 4 paintings (2 on each side) from the JATAKA Tales and a dedication from the person who made merit with this holy manuscript. Good condition with signs of considerable age. 18/19th Century unframed. Size: 69 cm x 43 cm (27" x 17")

A complete Renaissance image/Painting of a handsome young man with a feather cap/hat happily holding a wine glass in his hand. Artist: Gebhard GAGG, (1839-1921). Carved and painted in polychrome colors on wood. Signed and dated 1892 by the artist. This fine piece of art is numbered on the back side (No. 331). Size: 14" x 10" (35cm x 25cm.) Good condition, gold framed.

A genuine Guangxu Da Ya Zhai Porcelain Turquoise Bowl (1875-1908) with period markings and a lobed rim. Size: H. 3.5" x 8" top diameter and 3" bottom diameter. Condition: Has a hairline and the rim is broken in one spot which has been glued and a small hole which needs filling (see photographs). Needs a specialist to restore the bowl expertly. Smooth and serene Marble Shakyamuni Buddha subduing Mara. Robe and base are brown with some fine details and gilding. The head of the Buddha is covered with a multitude of small pointed hairlocks called "Shwebo-thorns" on top of which is the stupa shaped flame. The Buddha is clad in a nice robe showing overlapping folds and decorated bands, which also cover the right shoulder and left arm.
