By Monk Khemananda Bkikkhu, purchased at Gallery exhibition, Bangkok, Thailand, 1981. Size: 21 x 21 cm., sold without frame. The translation of the calligraphy reads as follows: " AM I THE BUDDHA WHO RENOUNCED THE ROYAL THRONE, MINDING MORALITY, MINDING AUSTERITY? NOT BUDDHA I AM, ONLY YOU NAMED ME SO. I PROCLAIM ALL OF YOU SHOULD BE CALLED TATHAGATA, THE THUS...GONE"
