Deceased on December 1,2007, he was a self taught silversmith who won the prestigious Smithsonian Medal of Honor, more than 700 blue ribbons, was featured in magazines and books and was a featured guest artist in many museums and galleries across the United States. An exceptional vintage sterling and turquoise full body Kachina bolo. There is a hallmark on the reverse but I have not been able to identify it so unclear if this bolo is Hopi or Navajo. The bolo hangs 20" long when on the neck. The slide is 4" long and the tips are 2 1/2" long. Total weight is 60 grams. Beautiful stones free of chips or cracks. The cord has minor wear. Hallmarked as shown. Do let me know if you identify the makers mark. A marvelous example of a kachina bolo.

An amazing 4 1/4" long 970 silver and amethyst brooch by Taxco artist Antonio Pineda. There are five silver tubes with amethysts suspended from the knot design.They swing freely. Beautiful original condition and hallmarked for Antonio Pineda as shown. A marvelous coat or blazer pin.

Rare and beautiful vintage sterling and turquoise pendant necklace by Cochiti Pueblo silversmith Cippy Crazyhorse. To classic Pueblo designs, he adds his trademark style of deep stamping and chiseling. This heavy gauge silver pendant measures 2 1/4" diameter and is on silver beads measuring 29 1/2" end to end. A wonderful, textural, sculptural sterling bracelet designed by Knud V. Andersen for Anton Michelsen, Denmark, circa 1960. The unique texture resembles that of a tree bark. Rare sterling double layered biomorphic shaped cuff by New York Modernist Ed wiener. This is his early work and a design rarely seen.
