It is a size 6 1/2 and weighs 23 grams. No condition issues, no chips or cracks to the stone. This ring will delight any collector of Skaggs pieces.

A bold and stunning sterling necklace with gold accents and large picture agate by Modernist Eleanor Caldwell. The necklace has intricate side hinges and one of them opens and closes and serves as the clasp. The necklace measures approximately 16-16 1/2" around in the inside when clasped. The front silver piece measures 6" across and the picture agate is 2 1/2" by 2". Total weight is 179 grams. Fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the gorgeous stone...

A beautiful, unique, sterling silver overlay bracelet by Burle Marx. Roberto Burle Marx was a Brazilian landscape architect and jeweler. His brother, Haroldo Burle Marx, also a jeweler , was well-known for his carved stone free form designs, but his collaborations with his brother had a much more linear, abstract feel as in this piece. A rare, stunning bracelet by Modernist Joachim S'Paliu of Cordorba, Spain. Born in 1944, he produced a significant line of jewelry during the 1960's and 70's. This big, bold, sculptural bracelet measures 7 1/8" end to end and is 7/8" wide. The links stand 3/4" high from the wrist. Weighing 66 grams, the bracelet clasps with a tight, thick, hook closure. Gorgeous Mediterranean coral stones in this sterling ring by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. A unique look with the 4 stones being graduated in size. An abstract pair of caged turquoise sterling silver clip earrings by Modernist Ed Wiener who had studios in New York City and Provincetown, MA. These measure 2 1/8" long, are 3/4" wide at the bottom and weigh 15 grams total. They are in fine original condition and signed as shown. These earrings are an exceptionally fine example of Wiener's work.

Absolutely stunning French cuff design bracelet in sterling with aventurine stones by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. One side of the bracelet has a huge ( 2"x2" )aventurine stone and the other side a sterling wire rimmed panel terminating with two bezel set aventurine stones that are in the inside of the bracelet but show when on the wrist. The cuff can be worn on either wrist. It measures 5 1/2" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/2" opening...

Stunning, long kinetic sterling earrings by Modernist Art Smith, c. 1950. These are screw back earrings and measure 2 1/4" long. They are in fine original condition and both earrings bear his signature on the reverse. They weigh 16 grams total. Art Smith was known for making jewelry with concern for ornamenting the human form and his designs took into account the part of the body the piece was made to adorn. His jewelry is quite dramatic, primitive inspired and mostly biomorphic in form...

SMASHING, rare and unusual sterling bracelet with agate dangles by Modernist Paul Lobel. Measuring 5 1/4" around in the inside, it is 1 1/2" wide in the front. The agate dangle hangs 2 1/2". Fine original condition and signed as shown. For the woman with attitude who wants to make a statement. A fabulous piece by one of the most important Modernist jewelers.

This is a smashing sterling and wire wrapped glass ball pendant and chain by Modernist Paul Lobel. It is three dimensional and interesting from every angle. A great size, measuring 2 1/2" including the bail, it is on its' original chain 18" also made by Paul Lobel. It is in fine original condition and both the pendant and the chain clasp are signed LOBEL STERLING. One of the nicest Lobel pieces I have seen.

A smashing sterling wrap bracelet with a gold wash and wire wrapped green quartz by Modernist Arthur King. King had a shop on Madison Avenue in New York City in the 1960's. His pieces are scarce and his collectors are fierce at auctions. This remarkable piece is a tiny sculpture measuring 2" wide top to bottom at the stone and 1" wide in the back. It is 7 1/2" around in the inside and weighs 81 grams. Fine original condition and signed as shown. Brilliant!

A rarely seen mid-century boomerang shaped sterling pin by Modernist Francisco Rebajes. The interesting design includes a ball that actually moves along the wire. This is a large piece measuring 3 7/8" by 1 1/2". Fine original condition and signed Rebajes Sterling. A great Modernist collectors addition.

A fabulous pair of sterling cuff links by New York Modernist Arthur King. King had a shop on Madison Avenue in New York City in the 1960's. Most of his pieces have caged stones and these appear to be quartz or rock crystal which is a delightful combination with the silver. Big and chunky, these measure 3/4" by 3/4" and are in fine original condition. They are signed King Sterling and are truly terrific.

A wonderful mid-century modern sterling pin with pearl and matching earrings by American studio artist Betty Cooke. The pin measures 2" by 1 1/2" and the matching screwback earrings measure 1" by 1". Both pieces are signed Cooke Sterling and are in fine original condition. This is a fun set sure to please.
