An antique green glazed porcelain bottle vase with the glaze stopping just below the top rim revealing an all over ge-type crackle with dark grey (iron wire) and gold (golden thread) crackle. The base rim unglazed with the base revealing the same ge-type crackle. Unmarked.

Qing Dynasty - 19th century

Approximately 24 cm high by 16 cm diameter at it's widest point

This lot consists of two serving dishes dated to Qianlong period done in underglaze blue on white. Both plates have unglazed bases.

First Plate: Design is of a village scene with a man or a boy saying goodbye to his wife or mother, bordered by flowers and butterflies. This plate has a couple of rim chips...

A Chinese turquoise stone urn and cover carved with phoenix and other birds and animals among branches and flowering vines all around.

Age: Late 19th to early 20th century

Condition: Some breakage and losses (restoration) but in generally good condition (please refer to pictures)

Size: Approximately 5-1/2" high by 3" wide by 2" diameter

Chinese white bowl carved on the outside with two rows of overlapping lotus petals. Covered with a clear ivory glaze that falls to reveal the white ware. The base and the top rim left unglazed.

Age: Song dynasty (960-1279)

Condition: Very good condition

Size: Approximately 6-1/2 cm high by 14-1/2 cm diameter

A pair of tilework sancai tomb figures of a man and a woman. Each decorated in black and amber glazes. The male figure with a tall conical hat and long robes edged with amber; his hands held before him under the robes with a napkin draped over them. The female figure in similar robes with greater use of amber holding a dish up with her hands under the robes...

Pair of Chinese porcelain plates painted in famille verte enamels with a mountainous coastal landscape, with figures and buildings. Complete with blue, pink & bianco sopra bianco borders. Edges covered in gilt. The backs left bare.

Size: Approximately 9" diameter by 1-1/4" high

Condition: Very good, some very slight fritting on the edges and wear to the gilt.

A pair of Chinese yellow glazed porcelain ogee shaped bowls with incised design on both the inner and outer rim. The center is with an incised design of a lotus bloom. The base glazed in the same yellow with a six character Hongzhi script mark. On the base of each bowl there is a Jian Ding seal.

Size: 7 cm high by 17-1/2 cm diameter

Condition: Very good condition

Age: Late 19th to early 20th century (Republic)

Large pair of Chinese export porcelain figures of cranes, done in black and white, each naturalistically modelled perched on a tree trunk base.

Age: Early 20th century - Republic Period or earlier

Condition: Very good condition, no breaks or cracks

Size: Approximately 16" high by 8-3/4" wide by 5" depth

Tea bowl, thinly potted with apricots on leafy branches surrounding the cup on a white ground. The inside left bare. The top rim done in gilt. The bottom rim decorated with an additional gilt circle bordered in iron red. The base with Guangxu six character mark in iron red.

Purchased as an Imperial Mark and Period

Condition: Very good condition, no breaks or cracks...

Pair of cylinder cases, thinly potted with narrow necks and feet painted in mirror image with birds perched among flowering prunus plants. Accented red hand drawn borders at the rims and base of each vase with a poem on the opposite side.

On the base of each is a red overglaze seal of Liu Yucen.

Condition: On one of the vases, there is the remnants of a Jianding export seal. Next to this seal is a glaze crack, most likely from trying to remove the seal...

A six-sided (hexagon) porcelain water pot done in famille rose with scenes of flowers and birds on each side on a white ground with an orange peel effect. On the top at each corner is an additional single flower. The inside glazed white...

Well hollowed, the glass of varied strawberry and milky tones colour, well carved in the form of a mallow flower. Complete with a jade and agate stopper.

Age: Qing Dynasty

Condition: There is a scratch/shallow surface crack at the bottom base.

Size: 2-3/4" high by 1" depth by 2" width

Of flattened baluster shape with a waisted neck supported on a carved foot with golden natural inclusions. The body of the bottle is carved with a relief dragon motif all around.

Age: Qing Dynasty - 19th century

Condition: Very good condition

Stoneware blue junyao vase with red splash to one side with a garlic mouth over a short neck with curved shoulders over crackled sides tapering to a flared foot. The base glazed.

Very good condition, no breaks or cracks.

Size is 16.5 cm by 10 cm wide

Of quatrelobed form with a central vertical panel on each side. One side is marked "zhai jie", the other in Manchu script. Bordered with a dense design of stylised lotus on a light green ground within raised gilt borders. The sides painted with scrolling foliage on a white ground with a bottom hole for a string of beads.

Condition: Very good, some slight wear to the enamels

A Chinese Blanc de Chine model of the immortal Budai standing on a rocky outcrop. The corpulent divinity is shown wearing a simple patched robe fastened over the shoulder and slung under his ample stomach where it is fastened with floral pins. The figure with a necklace of beads hanging on his right hand. His left hand grasping a large hanging sack...

Large Chinese baluster vase done in tones of under-glaze blue. The scene on this vase goes all round it and is done between multiple layers of borders. The main scene is all plants and trees.

The inside is thinly glazed. The base rim is unglazed, as well as the base. From the pictures it looks rough, but it is quite smooth.

The condition of this vase is very good. There are some places on the top rim where the glaze has skipped over...
