Large Chinese antique vase in lantern form done in the famille rose palette. Decorated on one side with stacked treasures. The reverse holds a poem in black ink and a seal in red ink. This type of design is commonly referred to as "Bo Gu" (Old Treasures) or "Hundred Antiquities". The inside is glazed white, as well as the base. The foot rim unglazed. The neck rim also unglazed. On the base there is a stamped Tonghzi mark in iron red. Lid missing.
Age: This design was commonly made during Late Guangxu to early Republic.
Size: Approximately 11-1/2" high by 8-1/2" diameter at its fullest point
Condition: Good condition. Some slight wear to the enamels.
